hi everyone!
started with pe about 2 month ago. didn't take it too serious though, been off it for the last 2 weeks. now i just made up a workout, that i wanna stick with if possible. it's as follows:

takes 1 hour in total

5mins warm up

15min stretch (long schlong)
5min tunica stretch

20min jelq
10min supra slammer (about 4-5)

5min cool down

wanna do the workout on 6 days a week. one day off whenever i can't get to do the exercises out of whatever reaseon.

my stats when i started:
BPEL: 7
EG: 5.5 (spot with least girth)

i want to go mainly for lenght but for some girth as well. do you think it's a good workout, or should i change anything or add other exercices?

just wanted to add, that i do some pc flexes during the day whenever i have time to do them...
