Why the penis would have to increase in length and width not being a muscle but a spounge?

It'snt like an arm that increases of volume training it with the weights.

Not sure I fully understand the question, but I will try

the penis enlarges with penis enlargement in two ways

1) allowing more blood into the spunges... creating bigger errections (the suppliments)
2) cell reproduction means when you damage a cell it repears, but it repears twice as think (the exercise program)

How can i damage the cell? Pressing it?
Are there the possibilities to damage the penis if i press too much?

You need to use he exercise program www.penis-health.com or the one that comes with any of the products we sell, I cannot comment on other methods but if you are serious about PE then do some research and I would recommend starting at penis-health

You can definitely do damage if done wrong. Just like lifting weights, nothing should actually hurt - it should only feel "pumped"

I'm serious about PE,i want to start but i don't find anything that convinces to me.
Saturday 17/09 i I have begun to take the pills of prosolution.

When i do the registration to become member,the penis-health send to me login e password so i can enter in their server when i need o they send me a document word that i must save in my hard disk?!

Just go to the penis health website and login with your details, nothing more is needed
