As for me do like 200+ PC flexes throughout the day. that with the decrease in masturbating I noticed I can go nearly 50 Jleqs before I have to restimulate when before I could hardly go 15. I notice when I stop doing PC flexes I have a hard time keeping erections for PE. When I start them back up its like whammo boner. ANyways do PC flexes on your PE days throughout the day and within a week or two you should be able to notice longer harder erecstions.

Jelq? really? I thought you were supposed to avoid erections in alll pe exercises because it harms the penis, at least that's what I've read enlargepenisguide.com.

You want to be reasonably erect for jelqing, 80% to 90%. Clamping you would want to be 100%. Don't worry about clamping, that is only something you should try when you reach the advanced stage.

Yeah ok, thanks for input. Still though, 80-90 % seems a bit much. I mean shouldn't be at least reasonable flaccid, like more in the area of 50-60 % erect? I remember reading somewhere that exercising in an erect state could hurt the interior walls.

A little bit of a trade off going on that you need to think about. Jelqing at lower erection levels 50% to 60% is really more length than girth. Jelqing at higher erection levels 80% to 90% is more focused on girth. Notice I'm not saying 100%. Basically this is something that you have to work out. I like jelqing at the higher range since I think of jelqs as a girth exercise, but you have to work out what feels comfortable for yourself.

Hello all,

Turtle, I hear you frequently say that lower erection levels during jelqing focus more on length while higher levels focus more on girth; I'm just curious as to what the justification for this is.

I'm asking mostly because I injured myself stretching too harshly before, and am now getting back into jelqing, but am still afraid to incorporate stretching exercises. I'm hoping that jelqing can help with length gains as well...is this true?

Lower levels of erection directs more of the energy from the exercise towards the ligs. Higher erection levels tends to stress the Cor. Cav. cells which is the girth focus.
