Hi. Today was my first time performing the exercises and now my penis is really sore. Is this normal and if so how will I know if it's too much and I'm hurting myself. Also, I've been trying to strenthen my pc muscle long before this program and I don't think I'm doing it right. I feel the flex in my abdomen or at my anus (sometimes both simultaneously), but very rarely near my penis. I still can't move my penis consistently and my ejaculatory control has not improved. Any advice?

soreness is usual take your time and do not overdo the exercises and make sure you are doing them right, Eddie will be in here to answer your other questions soon! :)

:) Hi dancerboy3 – Welcome to the Mens-Network Forum.

There is a natural tendency for the anus and/or abdomen to respond to the tensing of the PC muscle in your body, but this can be controlled eventually on its own with a lot of practice.

Hey dancerboy,

I think I was the posterboy for PE problems when I started.
Soreness - swelling - thrombosis - you name it. My advice
is:
* Read the programs carefully
* Start out very slowly - short duration, don't grip hard
* Make sure your prepare before and after - after is very important.
* DO NOT jelg near full erection.

Unfortunately you will not see much gains until you can work your dick hard but you need to get it used to being manhandled first. Have patience.

As far as the PC exercise - this takes time because you are not used to controlling that muscle and it is probably pretty weak. Making your dick dance while erect is the best way to get the right feel. (That and the pee stop.) I have found that doing the PC exercises sitting and with legs spread helps to avoid using your butt and stomache muscles.

Remember, neither Rome nor King Dong were built in a day.
