Hi, just have a question for those of you that have made good gains and have been doing PE for awhile.

I see lots of very successful PE'ers post their workouts, and some of these are absolutely tremendous time commitments averaging over an hour (or significantly more) per day. However I also see a lot of people post shorter, 20-30 minute workouts, and this seems to be the most often suggested amount of time to spend. Some try to get away with as few as 10 minutes per workout.

What I am curious to know is this: are long, intense workouts necessary to achieve real significant gains, or can the same gains be had using shorter workouts (but perhaps over a longer period of time)? Anyone know the answer or have a useful comment?

Hey mate,

I believe you have answered your own question. Although I am sure it will vary from person to person, I feel the more time / effort invested (short of overtraining) will result in faster gains. Similar gains will be slower but achievable with less Time / effort invested.

Well I don't think I really answered my own question, even though it appears that I may think I have the answer already.

What I'm looking for I guess is for people to come on here and say, "I did long workouts, and that worked for me" or "I did shorter workouts and still made the gains others did in the same amount of time/over a longer period of time" etc.

Also, I'm curious if anyone's been able to make decent gains doing jelqs and stretches only, or if the advanced exercises are crucial.

Just to comment on length of the workout. I have always done 3 on 1 off, and 2 on 1 off, as a goal. In reality, weeks with only three or four workout days have happened a little to frequently since the end of my first year. My workout times were as follows:
First two week: 10 minutes
Next six months: 20-25 minutes
Next six months: 35 minutes
Since then: 45- 50 minutes
My point is that I managed to gain a little bit without devoting excessive amounts of time to PE.

It's common sense; a person doing 30 minutes of PE will not get the same result as a person doing 60 minutes of PE. It all depends on how much gains you want and how fast you want it.

Well, sometimes common sense can mislead you, which is why I'm asking. In weight training, more is not necessarily better, and oftentimes can be worse. Perhaps the same goes for PE, perhaps not. This is why I'm curious what people's experiences have been with shorter workouts. Can the same result be achieved with a regular 30-minute routine as a 60+ minute routine? Perhaps so! And can the same results be achieved with the simple exercises alone or are the advanced exercises necessary to get real gains?

My workout now is 60 minutes for the Stretchs and Jelqing, and then I spend about 30 minutes doing Supra Slammers...

All in all, 1:30 minutes of a workout. Is this too much??

Also, I remember something about not masturbating -at all after you PE.. But the thing is that I do Supra Slammers after my Jelqing, and Supra Slammers need you to Masturbate...

Do you think that Supra Slammers can actualy hinder growth because you need to masterbate after your Jelqs??

Slammers do not need an ejaculation. The idea is to get right to that point and then clamp the PC and not ejaculate. I know that it is hard as hell not to keep going, probably one of the reasons why I don't bother with slammers. The whole idea of the slammer is to clamp and perform the uli when fully engorged. Right at the point of ejaculation, but not past that point.

Well when I meant a 60-minute PE is better than a 30-minute PE I wasn't adding quality of workout. I was just speaking in a basic scenario. Of course you're quality of workout makes just as big a difference.

For the Slammers I find it easy once you get the PC in top condition, but that's a given for any exercise.

I'm only stretching & jerging all this time, one and a half hour per day everyday sometimes more 30 min. for stretching doing this I don't expect gains faster because my penis size now 8.3"X7.3" I'm only trying to maintain the size if it is growing it is okay by me :p
