How many hours do I have to wear the sizgenetics a day and do need breaks?

How long will it take to see results?

after the intial adjustment period,9 hours per day is recommended with a break every 2 hours.

I wear it everyday.They dont specify if there are rest days tho.

I gained .5 inches in 1 month that rules!!!! I was 7.25 inches and now am at 7.75inches that is bpel. Well good luck man with your results, just be patient and keep wearing it!!
