Hey guys! how are y'all! I've been doing PE for about 2 weeks, but it seems my penis has become used to the intensity level i maintain for PE; for many of the excercises, like the jelg, i add as much pressure as my hands can muster, up to a point that i feel some pain. I'm curious if any of you guys have experienced anything similar; and could give some pointers. My routine is the following:
wake up cloth(3mins), long schlong(5mins), jelg(5mins), pressured long schlong(5mins), jelg & hold(6mins), PC weighted(4mins), wake up cloth(2mins) and I also perform standard PC flexes('bout 200-400); 3days on, 1day off. I've been using PSP for about a week now and i've noticed that my penis hangs fuller and a bit lower in its flaccid state.
I would like to hear from the more experienced members if im on the right track. Thanks!

Yes,the penis will become used to being exercised and gains can be difficult to come by when this occurs - generally months of continuous PEing. I would suggest that 2 weeks is not long enough in this instance and that you continue on your current regime, If anything, you may like to increase the time you spend on each exercise and insted of counting the time, count reps.

Perhaps 'cause I've been unable to maintain my mental focus in order to keep my penis erect?

Perhaps 3 days on 1 day off is too much and you are not resting enough. Try giving yourself more time such as 2 on one off or every other day. Like any workout if it gets too easy switch it up some and/or increase the intensity. But I would guess that you are not resting enough.

I think that you are giving some good advice, but I just wanted to say that I think the 3 on 1 off and 2 on 1 off is a great approach. I think that two days a week is good for your dick and your head. Days off are good to renew your concentration.
