pain barrier , how far can you go ?

how far do you stop while doing pe ? do you feel a bit of pain while stretching before you stop ? :rolleyes:

Pain is bad, the saying no pain, no gain is completely stupid in the world of PE. I can honestly say that I have never felt pain any pain, and I have gained a touch. You want to feel tired, worked, probably have a little trouble getting an erection right after, but pain, never. You just have to learn yourself by concentrating on PE when you are doing your routine. If you ever do something painful, backoff because you did something wrong.
