Hi guys!can I do pc flex basic exersice with a absolutely flaccid penis?Or I have to make a 20-30% erection?Can I combine pc basic with pc long? :confused:

It's like any other kind of exercise you just have to keepworking at it. Try doing multiple sets during the day, and do them flacid. Max a set at 50, might take you
awhile to get to 50, so what. Do what you can and do multiple sets during the day. Set as a goal six sets of 50. A total of 300 flacid pc flexes. When you can do that then you are ready to try the PC Killer.

6 sets of 50 huh ? how long do i squeeze for and let go for ? and how long do i rest between sets ? or do i just do 50 quick 3 second squeezes and wait 1 second between squeezes ?

2 to 3 seconds per rep with just a second between reps. You can spread the six sets out througout the day, or give yourself about 5 min. between each set if you want to get a bunch done at one time.

I believe most guys overthink the PC exercise. The objective of it is to do it everyday for the rest of your life to get a hard PC muscle. Now I personally don't count and don't go in any particular order, I just do them whenever I'm not busy and just change up when I feel like it. For example I would do PC on the train but not count, but after a few stops I'd change up to another.
