Hi guys!I am doing exercises for 1 month and I have change my routine twice(after 2 weeks).Should I keep my routine longer?Or I have to change it again?My routine
3 min warm up
8 min long shlong
6 power strech
125 reps jelq
50 reps horizontal
3 min needling
1 min warm down
300 pc flex basic

Once again, start thinking in reps@ seconds. For example 4 reps @ 20 seconds each in each of the five directions would be 7.5 minutes. I don't know what you are doing but start thinking like I am suggesting.
6 power strech
125 reps jelq
Increase this to 200 reps and then start increasing by 25 reps per week until you reach 300 reps.
50 reps horizontal
3 min needling
1 min warm down
do at least 2 minutes of warmdown
300 pc flex basic
Maybe another month at this rate and then think about Chron's PC Killer, definitely a step up.

Thanks turtle!I just read your first six months and I am thinking that I do a hard work out.Is it too early for me to do a 45-50 min work out?How often I have to change my routine?Every month?Every 2 months?I have just finished the first month and I haven't seen any result in my erection.But, I have a fuller flacid penis!Is that a gain?I am not a kid and I am determined to keep PE for a long time until I succeed my gains but I need a bit of encouragement!And something else...I can't keep an erection more than 10 reps.Is this a problem?I am too young (19 years) and I have a very strong pc muscle.I tell this bacause I have hard erections when I am stimulated.You are my idol and I appreciate and I respect you history in penis enlergement.

Way to many questions in one post. I'll answer a couple, don't go to a 45 min. workout until you have at least two months experience. This is just a suggestion, some people jump in a lot sooner, I just prefer to error on the side of caution. As far as changes, I would say change some part of your routine say every two months. This isn't a necessity it's just that a change usually creates new intensity and interest. Hitting the penis from a different angle usually has some benefit.
