No Sex?

This is my first posting and i want to know for a fact that having sex and masturbating are bad when taking these pills. Because whats the point in taking this if i have to hold off on sex, i mean my penis isnt that bad and my wife seems to enjoy it. The whole point in taking the pil is to improve sex so how are you supposed to do this if your not getting any. Not having sex just makes you want to jack off, so you might as well have sex. If i dont do anything for long time i wont be horny, and the blood wont be circulating like it would if i had sex a couple times a day. If I do have sex my dicks always hard and it wants more. But this pill sounds bogus, if the pill really works then theres no reason to be doing these stupid exercises. Cause frankly i dont feel any different, and my dick looks the same. I didnt have to buy this pills to sit around and stretch my dick all day. Also if you check the ingriedents on the back they arent the same as on the website. Im popping the pills three times a day, I dont see it doing anything. if i played with it of coarse it would get hard, isnt that the pills job though to keep it hard and the blood and testosterone flowing. The more you have sex the more your body produces testo, plus working out brings it up higher. The body can only have a peak of testosterone, if it gets too high the body wont produce as much, thats what ive heard. So if a person took alot of steriods your telling me that his dick would be gigantic? Thats just my theory and by all means prove me wrong thats why i made this thread.

But one fact is that when you exercise more blood is pumped to your dick, making you bigger and better at sex, so along with the dick exercises, if they even work.

It's not a proven scientific fact, but the usual line is to avoid ejacualtion +/- 3 hours around PE. It doesn't say not to have sex, it just says try to work out the timing a little better. Some people have said that having sex in this 3 hour window has not had any negative effect at all, and others have said that it has had an effect. I for one am not going to turn down sex when the opportunity presents itself, but still you can try to pay some attention to the concept. It might not bother you in the least, and it might. You just need to work out what works for you.
