View Full Version : Why not workout PE like muscles?

I have often wondered, why shouldn't the same rules apply to working your penis that apply to muscle workouts - 48 hour rest between working the same body part.

I know that penis tissue is not muscle, but conceptually (especially for girth) you are tearing down your tissue so that is will rebuild stronger and bigger.

Has anyone succesfully tried the ever-other-day approach?

The exercise program has been worked and time tested under many conditions, thus producing a recommended workout plan for the amount of times per week for an effective PE program to give you the best results possible.

Yet, the program also suggests that you do a workout plan that suites your needs.

Always do what is appropriate for you and not what is best for everyone else.
