I just recently gotten back after an entire month off from PE due to an injury. http://www.mens-network.com/forum/showthread.php?t=7310 I'm very surprised to say that I have not lost any erect gains. Only my flaccid gains were lost. In fact I gained another .25 in BPEL and I'm now measuring at 7.50BPEL x 5.25 EG as opposed to 7.25BPEL x 5.25 EG. Last night I began my routine again. Warm-up for 5 min. 3 Long Shlongs at 15 sec. each, one Long Shlong Heli at 25 sec, 15 min. of jelqing and a warm down - 5 min. and I'm finally making sure to do my PC flexes. The same areas that I've injured feel wierd. I feel a very slight sting after stretches and that is really beggining to bother me. I just try to convince myself that the glans turned really sensitive because I haven't PE'ed in a month and it should be ok withing another 2 weeks of PEing. I see some reddening right below the glans. What do you guys think? I really don't want to take anymore time off.

And another thing guys. I just searched over the net for similiar problems and I found something interesting. This problem that I have can possibly be an allergic reaction. It might be from the latex gloves that I'm currently using. I'm using a CVS brand name of gloves (Aloe Vera Latex Gloves. Powder Free) and it says on the side of the box In the unlikely event of an allergic reaction to these latex gloves, discontinue use and consult your health care provider. and Caution: This product contains natural rubber latex which may cause allergic reactions. I remember using the same type of gloves before my injury. If an allergic reaction isn't the case and friction burn seems to be the problem then what kind of exercises can I do which target length or at least keeps it without me having to stretch? Thanks.

Nice job on the gains, can't argue with another .25 free :). As for the question about the reddening, I'd definitely take off the latex gloves and try it out. By the way, why did you start wearing these to begin with? (I'd imagine if any place on your body will be most allergic to latex, it would be the membranes of your penis...)
