Hi all, I'd just like to say hello on my first day of this program. I tried a similar program a couple years ago for maybe a month (no pills, either), and never saw any gains.

However, I'm a hard gainer in muscle mass as well, and my recent muscle gains from my monster diet and workouts the past month have inspired me to try PE again. It is my hope that just as my body needs a severe overdose of calories/protein (5000 calories/day) to gain muscle mass, it also requires it to gain penis size.

I'm posting this to give a head's up to other ectomorphs ("hard gainers") like me. If staying on my current diet, in combination with the pills and exercises, gets gains for me, then perhaps that's something you'll want to look into as well.

In case you're curious, I've been 126 lbs my entire life. Okay, well at least for the past 10 years. In the past 3 weeks I've gained 10 lbs. Like I said, I'm hoping I can cross this success over into the penile arena.

As of this typing, I'm 6" in length and about 4 1/4" in girth. I won't be starting the program for another two weeks, since I'm going on vacation and don't want to get discouraged while I'm on it, but I'll keep you posted.

:) Hi Mobydique – Welcome to the Mens-Network Forum.

It is a wise decision on your part to wait and start your program after you have returned from your vacation for the reasons you have stated: that of discouragement. For it is necessary to follow this program with a daily routine for gains to come about.

However, it is worth mentioning here; that if you have already been doing the program and decide to go on vacation for a week or so, this should not effect your gains negatively in any way. As a matter of fact, this may help allow cellular structures within your body to heal itself through the rejuvenation process.

As you realize, the success of this program will vary for each individual. This may not make it easy for some people, like yourself.

Nevertheless, the potential for gains resides in all, who are willing to put forth the effort. So it is, that you are to be commended for not giving up so easily to the mistakes of the past and putting your best foot forward –NOW- towards the greater achievements of the future.

Please remember that recommendations are ok for some, but not for others. And must be evaluated with caution. While it’s true that certain diets as well as certain supplements can increase better results, this calculation must be determined only by the individuals own trials and errors -or the sought after professional doctor or nutritionist.

For example: someone such as your bodyweight that is proportioned according to your body height, would benefit from a 5000 calorie per day intake with a combined exercise program. Whereas, an individual who’s bodyweight may exceed the proper proportion to body height would be a huge mistake to be consuming such a large calorie intake.

We, the members, at the Mens-Network always appreciate your questions, comments, and answers. And are looking forward to hearing about your progress when you return from your vacation and beyond.

Good Luck my friend.
:)
