View Full Version : General erection problems
Hi!
These are my facts:
flaccid.
lengt: 4,75
girth: 4,75
erect
lengt: 8
girth: 5,5
As you can see I have a proper size, but I have and have always had severe erection problems. I am a member of penishealth and know their exercises. I have no desire to become longer but an increase in girth would not be bad, but my overall wish is to have a hard and constant erection. I'm only 8" when I begin having sex or masturbating. After a short while my erection is much smaller and I'm sometimes unable to have sex.
So I need your help guys.
What exercises should I do to get a harder constant erection and on the side increase girth.
Thanks - any advise is highly appriciated

General erection problems are a very different animal. As you may have read in here, many times, they're psychological. Have you noticed any consisency with the problem? Like it happens more with sex than with mastubation, depends on the girl you're with, when they started was there anything else going on in your life? etc etc
I’m 23 years old and since my sexual debut as 15 I have always had the problem. I have been with beautiful girls and not so beautiful girls. And I have been super fit and not so fit. Even when I’m extremely horny I have the problem. When I was a teenager and my hormones were crazy I still didn’t have a proper erection.
Sex and masturbation are the same
Thanks

Start working your PC. Try doing 50 reps, flacid of the PC flex. I'm talking 2 to 3 sec. per flex. If you can't do 50 then do what you can, and do six sets per day of whatever you can. When you can do a total of 300 reps per day, do that for at least one week, and then do a search for PC Killer, or go through the advanced exercise forum. Do PC killer for a month or two and I think that you will find your erections more to your liking.

Great!
will start doing the basic flex exercises. I have looked at the thread with the pc killer and I have question. those fast sqeezes how fast are they? 1 sec?

Absolutely let us know of your progress also...
Yesterday I did the PC Killer just to see if I could, and I succeeded after some time. Though I’ve been advised to do basic flexes to begin with, shouldn’t I be doing pc killer if I can?

And yes I will let you know about the progress
Thanks

If you can do it then do it, I suggest developing the PC first with regular flex work, but if your PC can handle it then do it.

I have been thinking about that pc is a muscle. If i works a regular muscle it should only my trained 3 times aweek. You would never train your biceps 5-6 times a week. It need to recover and repair. I'm new to this stuff and i don't know much about it but i'm just saying that if the pc works a a normal muscle 5-6 pc killer a week is a serious over do.

As with everything there's a flip side to the coin. So two points.
1)
Recovery of your muscles is generally dependent on how much blood flow they get. For instance, your abs get a great amount of bloodflow and because of this can be worked on a daily or every other day basis. More blood = faster repair.
2)
Additionally, the PC killer is an endurance workout. When "they" say you should only work a muscle group once or twice a week, they're talking about doing a certain number of sets of between 6-15 reps. This is a strength or power workout.
However, endurance athletes train the same muscle groups 5 times a week . These workouts involve MUCH higher repetitions (think about running 5 miles) with MUCH less weight.
PC killers replicate an endurance workout, not strength or power. IE, they can be performed on a more regular basis.
