Basicly as far as I can see there are two methods people seem to be using..
1) Adjust the Penis extender a couple of centimeters below your erect lenth, and then build it up by adding little add-ones every week... (Like the instructions says)

2) If you are say, 6 inches... then you would set the Penis Extender to 7 inches and keep it there untill you reach that number. (Or you could set it to 6.5, and keep it there untill you grow to that lenth..)
