Ok I read about alot of people who cum during work outs, or get extremly aroused my question is this

Not only was i not aroused at all, nor did the exercises make me aroused i was having a hard to keeping it at semi erection, and further more my main problm was this

For most of the exercises it involves stretches and doing a ok sign at the base of my penis and miliking to the top and repeting, or another whihc i find to be very hard is hold the end of my penis and use my thumb to start fromt he base and move it up to the top to stretch the tissue

My problm is this, I cant hold the head steady, cause i gotta use a creme to make my penis smooth or all im doing is pulling the skin, when i use the cream my hands are to slippery to hold the head of my penis

What do you sugest i do or use to keep my penis stretched with out slipping and not using so much pressure that it could dmg my penis

start doping PC flexes through out the day like 200 + or so. you can do them flaccid of course.After a few weeks you should notice it a lot easier to get and stay erect for PE. Until then youll just have to keep restimulating for erection. Use some form of arrousal you usually use when you masterbate as well.

I don't admire my self for that, I think it is pretty sad :( When I was a kid i would masturbate nightly some times twice a day, Then as time passed i just found better things to do with my time and I hardly masturbate anymore, part of the reason is i live with a room mate and he masturbates so dam much it sickens me that if i do go to masturbate i think of how annoying it is when he is locked in his room all the time and i just feel as scummy as him
