You know I hate it when I miss ANY exercises. The only reason Ive gained is because of consistency. I want my goals so bad. But I tore some skin. It was kinda dry I think when I did some hanging and between that and the rubbing of my ring. I tore a tad bit of skin. Now I have to wait to heal before I start back on PE. Dang it! so the time I would be spending on PE im on this forum. Frusturating it is. IT would be nice to hit 4.5 Gir. Before December!!! I hate missing workouts.!!
