Hey everyone, I wrote to the support at ProSolutions and they told me to post here for answers. I wrote to them the following:

"Penis Health/Pro Solution Pills, I am in 6th week of taking prosolution pills and doing a PE workout regimen similar to the beginners workout listed in the PenisHealth.com Lite website. After the first month I took measurements again and noticed that I did gain a small amount in girth .25" but less than that if any in length. I was concerned that this system would not work for me by the end the two months was up and know you guarantee your product, so I checked your policy and the letter I initially received with my pills. It says that I should contact support if I run accross any problems that I am having before the two months is up and before I ask for a refund at the end of two months. If there is any advice you can give me to help me see the gains guaranteed by your product (in conjunction with the PE exercises) please let me know. I am currently doing:
1. microwave heat pack warm up for at least 10 min
2. long shlong - 5 min
3. Jelq - 5 min
4. horizontal movement - 4-5 min
5. microwave heat pack warm down for at leat 15 min
I workout 2 days on, 1 day off.
I expect to hear back from you soon."

So as you can see I am not getting results and I want results but I ALSO want a friggin refund if Pro Solution pills doesn't work for me as guaranteed. Does anyone have any advice on a better workout routine, etc.?? Thanks

Your exercise routine is (IMO) both right and wrong. You're doing the right things but you're not doing it long enough.

1. Your warmup is too long and is too time consuming. Try 3-5 min.
2. Your stretching exercise is too short. Also try to add different directions or add more exercises. Try stetching 20-30 minutes.
3. Your jelq and HM is also too short. Jelqing should be a solid 30 minutes, give or take.

Your exercise is ideal for the first week for beginners but as your penis becomes conditioned you have to increase intensity and duration of PE.

Also pills don't give you gains alone. They only increase blood flow which in turn produce better results only if you do exercise.

Beat the Myth. Thanks for the advice. I was wondering though, how you could have too much of a warm up. Is this just because at a certain point you are warm and loose as possible and so you are just wasting your time warming up past this point?

Also I have roommates and can't really do exercises past 30 minutes most of the time. I also noticed a post of a guy who did a long routine and really didn't see that great of results and bumped his routine down to something similar to mine and started getting better results. The less is better effect and/or possibly the chance of over working. I guess I am concerned that if I bump up the duration that much that I might see less gains. Also, with my time constraints is it possible to increase the intensity instead of duration? and do you see bigger or less gains past month 1?

Thanks

Well technically you can't have too much warmup in PE but if the idea is that you shouldn't put too much time into warmup. That leaves more time for actuale PE. I guess you could warmup as long as you want to feel comfortable.

Most of the time the length and intensity of your exercise would yield better results. But it's always best to start small like I said and when your penis is better conditioned, move on to stronger and longer exercises. Keep in mind that the harder and longer the PE, the more rest you would need. If you don't rest appropriately you'll hurt your penis.

As for your time constrictions it's always best to get the hardest workout with the least time possible. So fill the time you plan to spend PE on with quality exercises.

For me personally I spent my first 2 months doing about 2 hours a day and gained .5".

Heres a big help. Use reps instead of time. where your at now you should be doing about 200 3 second jelqs. and bout 50 HM's
You said you gained .25" in girth IN SIX WEEKS!! DUDE THATS FANTASTIC GAINS!! who said your not gaining. A lot of us dont see any girth for a while. I took me 2 or 3 months before I saw my .25" in girth and its taken me another 2-3 months to get up that up antoher 1/8" and thats not necessarily a solid gain all the time. I sometimes only still show my .25" gain instead of my .375" gain. The .375" gain is only on a reeeeal good day.
