Hers the short story. started basically the very beginning of May 4.00 girth. Saw great length gains but didnt see any girth until the end of July I saw a quick sprut to 4.25 girth and since then I all Ive seen is measuring 4.3-4.4 and 4.4 is only on a reeeeal good day with my ring of power on. Sometimes I still measure 4.25. since the first august Ive upped my reps of jelqs from 200 to 300... started revers trap jelqs and made sure I increased intensity of jelqs. Ive still made length gains though. started at 6.5 jumped to 7.0 and slowed creeped to 7 1/8" and thats without hardly doing any stretches.

Routine before(psps pills):
warm up
5-6 long schlong
200 jelqs
10 slide blasters/horse 440
warm down

Heres my routine now(the past 2 months, also started the ring of power 3 weeks ago, no PSP):
3 days a week with this one:
warm up
300 jelqs
10 slide blasters/horse 440
50 reverse jelqs
warm down+ clamp

5 days a week with this one
warm up
tunica stretch
long schlong heli
300 jelqs
10 slide blasters/horse 440
50 reverse jelqs
10lb hanging for 30 min.
warm down

so I only do stretches 2 days a week. Though sometimes I do the long schlong heli with the days that I usually just do the RTJ, jelqs, and slide blasters just for variety.
So for over two months I havent seen ANY real solid gains in girth. What can I be doing wrong? Im consistent. intense, my routine seems like a good one,
Why havent I even seen a solid 1/16th gain instead of still seeing the 4.25 on half the time? Granted Im grateful that on occasion I can reach a 4.3-4.4. But still seeing that 4.25 half the time!! GRRRR!!!FOR OVER TWO MONTHS!!! :mad: :sm17 :sm18
Any help would be great escpecially...if youve had the same problem.. It cant be just because of the pills cause quite frantically I cant afford them and the ring definately works.Larger flaccid...better shots. More testost... harder erections. in fact when I put the ROP on it was the first time I hit 4.4

- Try getting your erections a little harder while you are doing your Jelqs..

- Try to Jelq and hold, it might work for you..

- Search for Girth Excersises using the Forum Search, add them into you workout or replace others with others..

thanks for at least replying but yeah Ive hadd a few things like my version of the uli I call the super Uli and my erections are proabably 90 % when I jelq usually. I guess all i can do is keep at wheat Im doing and hit it at different angles and be patient hopefully Ill break through this platue

I think that you have a good solid routine. I'd say keep at it and don't get discouraged, and one of these months you eill have abig smile on your face. Just to change things up you might want to trade the slide blasters for some slammers. I'm not saying one is better than the other, I'm just saying sometimes a change kind of kick starts things in the right direction.

I did gain some length and girth but now it is getting slow. Today I tried 10#(pound) weight to hang. The only problem I see was that it hurts near the head where I tied the rope. Please can you tell me what kind of rope should I use. And for how long i should hold the 10 pound weight.

NEEDMORESIZE: Maybe vary the times you do the exercises? As in, not always in a set fashion so that your dick doesn't get accustomed. I'd train the tunica a little more though, that'll would help with gains all around.

Hello Every one, and thank you Wohoom19!
As I post previously that one day I tried 10 pound weight and I really hurt my penis. There was bleeding just a one drop and blood came out only when I did PEing next day. I think I am going to stop for few days until I feel comfortable again.Please be careful and if you try then try with 5 pound weight. Wohoom19 suggest me for tunica by the way what is tunica? and how can stop my penis not to accustomed by one rutine. what else i should try to continous gain to reach my goal.

I tried the slammers and they just dont work for me. I have to hard of a time controlling or figuring how close I can get without blwing the wad. But like I said I added those super ulis. Length Im not worried bout apparently I can still gain that easily. Last month when I started haning I gained 1/8" an inch. In fact Im thinking that might be the problem. The hanging could be stumping my girth grow stretching out and causing length gains with what might have been girth...dont know just a thought. Either way with my length at a pretty decent measurement, Im leaving hanging alone for a while. I was happy though when I did measure a solid 4.4 girth the other day. I like to see that I just hate those bad days when it doesnt want to spike anymore than 4.25. Anyways I tore some skin again when I thought it had healed all the way so it looks like I might be out a couple of weeks. I have a few very small and minor injuries that I need to let heal that have been nagging me while doing PE so Ill give it a couple of weeks hope I dont loose any ground, and get back with yall. Two weeks off wont cause me to loose any ground right? I only plan on doing PC flexes for the next two weeks of healing process. thanks for the help guys



Hey sagar: becareful with the hanging thats how I tore some skin. even though Ive done it for a little bit. I did it with real dry skin and where my ROP rubs against my skin it kinda tore there and now I have to take time off. I started off with 10 lbs for 15 minutes then worked it up to 30 minutes.

If you make your PC super strong, you dont have to try to get your erections harder. They just are. and i mean rock hard.
