i have seen that u have a good returning policy, let me assure you that i buy this thing TO KEEP IT and use it BUT i have a little concern..for the way my penis is made im afraid that the device could possibly fail to hold it firmly..

if i see this to be true would i have returning rights? what kind of proof would you require if any?

again i want to assure you i'm serious about keeping the thing, if i didnt want to spend my money i wouldnt order at all since i like my penis enough "as is" :)..

i'll just hope that everything works as it should..

still there is a thing that bothers me a little:
on the sizegenetics website its clearly said that you can return the device for a refund in case you are not happy with the results, this obviously implies the return of the device AFTER it has beed tried and used..the terms and conditions at the contrary specify that you cant get any refund after the plastic bag has been opened..

so can someone plz explain?

however i'm sure that i wont need any such thing as a refunding plan it would help make me feel better to have some clearance about this..

Ok I will explain:

Refund policy states you can get a refund IF YOU TRY it and see no results.

T&C is stating if you return it without trying it then a refund will not be issued because the product can NOT be resold because of hygiene reasons.

i didnt really have any doubts that it did work..as i said on another post i saw years a go on my countrys national tv (rai) a service about this device (on the news and at lunch time)..so i pretty much believe about it..

my only concern is to keep it firmly on but i guess i'll figure out something..
