Im somewhat new to this kinda stuff ive been on the program for about a week now, and i was wondering if anyone has a really really good workout routine, i want to get the best and biggest results i can, time is not a problem i will take however much time needed, i really want to get serious about this, i even ordered 230$ worth of Prosolution pills a few days ago :) christmas money well spent! but if anyone could help with a really good workout routine or even some really good pointers i would appreciate it much thanks!
