My tip revolves around stretching. I have been doing your warm up stretching and the long shlong methods. I also have followed the forum for many months and tried many techniques as told about in the forum. However, I wanted to have an easier & more prolonged way if that were possible. I started to look for any information on stretching, hanging etc. products. I noticed that most of the devices used for stretching involved putting a lot of pressure on the tip of the penis either with bands of rubber or something to catch behind the ridge of the head.
I tried variations of bib hangers etc. I have now come up with my own variation of stretching exercise.
My new procedure revolves around Velcro. I will give the procedure I use & the routine which I have been doing. My procedure leaves a world of interpretation for any user to experiment to get the best individual result.
The main thing about this method is to be comfortable so as not to hurt oneself. The three things I was looking for in stretching were comfort, sustained stretching without tiring, and increased safe pulling or weight addition.
The technique in a nutshell: Wrapping of a flaccid penis around the center of the shaft with a soft stretchable material and using 2 Velcro strips that are wrapped but left hanging on both sides of the penis shaft with which to pull or hang weights.
Benefits: Provides for a comfortable way to pull or hang weights to stretch evenly the sides of the penis without putting pressure on the delicate top side & head of the penis.
The whole key to this procedure is to find a comfortable wrapping technique. Most of the commercial stretching or hanging products still involve wrapping first.
The materials used:
1. Velcro: The Velcro to buy is the kind that has an adhesive on the back to apply to smooth surfaces. It comes on a strip with a fuzzy side & a hook side both with adhesive on one side. Cut equal amounts of both fuzzy & hook strips. Adhere a fuzzy strip adhesive to the adhesive of the hook strip. You are now left with a Velcro strip that has a fuzzy side and a hook side. You now have an adjustable bind that attaches to itself. You need two of these finished strips cut to a length of 12" to 15" approx. The rest of the Velcro can be used later or made into smaller strips.
2. Ace reusable wrist bandage or soft wrapping material.
3. Round Barbells 2-1/2 lb. or less with hole in middle or other appropriate weights.
Technique:
1. The penis should be as flaccid as possible & you are going to need baby powder not lubrication. Grasp the head and stretch out as you usually do. Now wrap the center of the shaft with something soft or made out of rubber ie. bathing cap, balloon, etc. Take a piece of Velcro with the soft fuzzy side down and encircle the material & shaft and close tight but comfortable. The hook side is now facing up around the penis.
2. Take an Ace elastic reusable wrapping like you use for a wrist. I use one that is 2" wide with a Velcro fastener on one end. Wrap the penis middle with the wrap. The wrap will stick to the Velcro that you had previously put on. Now continue to wrap the penis a number of times. Do not wrap the head.
3. As you wrap, you are now going to place a Velcro strip on each side of the penis and continue wrapping. The fuzzy side of the Velcro should face into penis so as not to scratch the head of the penis. The hook Velcro side will catch on to the wrap. Continue to wrap until the end of the wrap and fasten with its Velcro end or a piece of Velcro you made. You now have your penis wrapped with the Ace bandage and with 2 velcro strips on either side and extending down 6 or 7 inches. The penis head can be seen. You will need to watch the head to make sure it is not squeezed or is turning too red.
Before I proceed I would just like to say the hardest thing I found was not getting an erection with all this wrapping. You will just have to experiment. If you just relax the penis will go flaccid and stretching will also help in this regard. You don't want to stretch wilh an erect penis, you could hurt yourself.
If you are still with me I will explain some great techniques which the Velcro allows you to use.
First Procedure: Take the hanging Velcro strips and attach them together. You now have a convenient handle with which to stretch your penis with. When you have everything right you can pull on the Velcro and that will in turn pull evenly along the sides of the penis without any one spot taking all the pressure The idea in stretching is to stretch the ligaments & sides of the penis. You can sustain a long constant stretch will little effort. You can follow all of Ferrari's methods: You can stretch down, up, sideways, under etc. You will feel the stretch & when you have the right pressure with no pain you can hold it for a long time..
You should feel pressure but no pain. If you feel pain than maybe your wrap is slipping or you have it too tight. Like I said you have to find the right wrapping technique that works for you.
Hanging Procedure: Take a barbell weight with a hole in center, I use 2-1/2lb weights. Take the Velcro strip apart and insert one end of the strip through the hole of the barbell. Now attach the other Velcro strip to the one coming through the hole. Now sit on an edge of a chair and let the barbell hang down stretching your penis. Again you should feel pressure & stretching but not pain. The reason for barbells is that you can accurately add weight and know how much you are working with. I can go to 10lbs. However, I usually work in lower ranges depending on how I workout.
Hanging Routine: Just sitting there was boring and time consuming so I came up with a procedure that allows me to do weight training like a weight lifter might do. Heres what I do....
I start swinging the weight between my legs. You can do a little or a lot. You just have to get the weights swinging by shifting your body forward & back a couple of times. Now start counting each time the weight swings back under your body. That is where you will feel the stretch each time. You now have an accurate way of counting how many repetitions and the time spent.
At first you might try swinging for 25 times with 2-1/2lbs. You can gradually increase to 200 or more & also increase the weight. Go slowly and after a few minutes unwrap and check your penis and maybe massage with some vitamin E oil. It helps with tissue repair.
I think I gave enough info for one post. This technique could be used with your other exercises or by itself. If you have any questions I will answer them through the forum. You might try looking at the web sites that feature hanging products such as a bib hanger. They have all the technical data and facts about stretching. Always learn more about the subject before attempting any technique.

Let me start with a little background, I started PE about 1 1/2 yrs ago after learning about a free penis enlargement site on the net. The program didn't have a lot of information or fancy exercises. It was warm up, stretch 10 minutes and jelq 30 minutes six days a week 1 day off. I did get some small gains and notices harder erections (I should mention I also did 500-1000 pc flexes daily also). But due to marital problems I gave up on the exercises after about a month.
Well now my problems are behind me and I still wanted a larger penis. So I joined a online PE program (Mens-Network) in hopes of getting clearer information and better results. And up to this point it as been great. I started this program 1 month and 3 weeks ago, my starting measurements were 6 1/8" length and 4 1/2" girth. After 3 1/2 weeks my measurements were up to 6 3/8" and 5" girth. Now after 1 month and 3 weeks I'm measuring 6 3/4" and 5 1/4".So now that were all up to date let me show my work out:
1.Warm-up: I always do my work out in the bath so I can be alone and get a warm-up, which I'm told is very important. I soak for 10 minutes in hot water and I do 3 set of 100 pc flexes to pass the time.
2.Stretching: 5 sets of 60 second straight out, 5 sets of 60 sec. straight up, 5 set of rotating stretches, alternating directions and 50 slow rotations.
3.Jelqing:10-15 minutes of intense jelqing with 60-70% erection, always using slow, controlled strokes and kind of pull in a downward motion.
4.Uli's: 5 sets of these. Just incase some of you are familiar with this exercise. You you get a 80-90%erection, get a overhand grip (back of hand up) make a ok sign at the base of penis, pump pc 3 time to fill shaft and head, slide ok sign toward the head. When you get half way up shaft stop and count 10,close middle finger tightly hold 10,close ring finger hold 10,then close pinkie hold 10.
5.440 horse squeeze: 5 sets of these. For those who don't know these you start with a 80-90% erection. Clamp base of penis with palm down ok sign, pump pc to fill shaft and head. While still clamping make ok sign with free hand and tightly slide down over head forcing blood down into shaft.
6.Use penis pump for 10 minutes. Haven't got any gain from this but wife likes temporary results and give penis a more veiny look and feel.
7.Warm down:10 minute soak in warm bath.
I also try to do several hundred pc flexes and pc flex holds a day. One exercise I like is to get full erection clamp penis in the middle of the shaft and do pc flexes very slowly and pump hard do usually 50 1-2sec. flexes and hold 20 sec on the 50th.This is a great pc workout and it seems my base is add girth due to this exersice. My base measurement was 4 5/8" now almost 5 1/2".
Well I hope this helps and encourages some of you guys out there. I wish I had a pc camera to take some pic (before / after) but I will be getting one ASAP to document the rest of my journey to 8". I guess I just didn't think the gains would come this fast. Anyhow remember that this wasn't my starting work out I took time to build up to this. If anything causes pain you must stop and take a week and try the exercise again. Some of these are not novice exercises so be careful. I guess with my weight lifting I just have learned over the years how to work hard enough to get a great workout but not to much as to cause injury and sometime that's a fine line. So be careful. The three most important things I've noticed that I can pass on are:
1.warm up and warm down never attempt to exercise with out these.
2.hard work, dedication, and a positive attitude these 3 things are a must you will make it anywhere if you lack any of these.
3.and the last thing is don't measure everyday you'll only get discouraged I've made a start measure, a 3 week measure, and a 1 month 3 week measure, and plan on doing 1 month between from here on out (also take 2 days off before you measure as to get a accurate measurement).

Hi Everyone! I know I am new to this whole PE thing but I have found a few things out myself that helped me already. one thing that i have found very helpful is being to communicate with all these other people (you guys) going after the same thing as me (a bigger penis). being able to talk with you guys has helped me not only in knowing what to do but also in giving me the confidence to keep believing to continue my workout. it feels good having people keep telling you to keep going even though u want to stop. also feel comfortable asking us questions because almost 100% of the time ,one of the many of us that there are will have an answer. My last and other suggestion is supplements. taking supplements can dramatically increase your gains. For me I know this helped my gains. my workout consists of this:
4 min warm up with hot cloth
5 min sit on the penis and stretch(2 1/2 mins on each side of testicles)
5 min hold and pull straight down to floor
10 helicopters each direction(10 to left,10 to right)
Pull out straight(3 sets of 30 secs.)
15 min of very hard, slow jelqing
2 reps of penis bending (one hand below head, hold pc muscle, then put hand on base, squeeze and flexpc muscle for 10 secs., then bend down, to left, and to right)
10 reps of five finger squeeze(5 secs, per finger)
Then take a nice hot shower for 10 mins just letting the water hit my penis the whole time for a very good cool down, once I get out and get dried I apply pure vitiman E oil to my penis and testis.
Also remember that I take these supplements daily:
1. L-arginine(amino acid that helps stimulate blood flow to penis)
2. horny goat weed ( helps achievemany erections)
3. Penis enlargement pill
All three help supplement growth and help achieve much quicker gains. I also run 2 miles a day to help keep healthy and produce better blood flow throughout the body.
Also never measure your penis after a work out, its gains are artificial and should not be read into.. Also many people measure there penis like once a week which I recommend not to do also. I say once a month is fine and I have found it helps you gain more. How u ask?? Well here's how.. your confidence in this program and vision for a bigger penis is all in your mind and commitment right?? Well measuring your penis often, can lower your confidence because your not seeing the gains u want. If u measure your penis every month your gains will seem so much more to you and encourage you to carry on and continue on this program.
Good luck and keep with it. and remember (this is a saying that I have not seen on any forum yet so I will claim this to be my own) GOOD THINGS COME TO THOSE WHO WAIT!!!!!!!!!!!! =O)~D

Hello Mens-Network! I started your course and was 5-1/2", I am now at 6-1/2" . Most of the increase was due to The Jelq. You asked for a tip or something I learned about PE.
I would like to share some knowledge and a tip about the most important information I have ever gotten. I am talking about being a multi-orgasmic man. The heart of the technique is the PC exercise which is a big part of your system. I have been using PC exercises for 5 years.
Definition of a multi-orgasmic man: A man who can have two or more orgasms in a row without resting. He does not lose his ability to stay erect after his first orgasm. He does not need to rest. He can if he wants to but he doesn't have to stop. He is capable of continuing to make love immediately after orgasm.
Through the right techniques and a loving partner any man can achieve prolonged love making to satisfy himself and his partner.
The secret to becoming a multi-orgasmic man lies in learning to have a COMPLETE ORGASM WITHOUT EJACULATING.

but if you have been doing PC exercises you are more than half way there.
I have been doing PC exercises with the proper techniques for 5 years and am multi-orgasmic having up to four orgasms in a session. I was taught the proper techniques from a doctor.
If you did not know, there are two ways to being a multi-orgasmic man.
One is through control: Using your PC muscles to control ejaculation. The other technique uses sound or voice tone & is rooted back to biblical times. This approach take a much longer time to master. So for right now the PC approach can be achieved faster and you are already doing it. It just needs refinement and the proper techniques to reach the proper control.
If you could satisfy your partner for 10, 20, 30 minutes or more and you are only 5", Your partner won't care if you reach 9". However, why not have both.
All of this Secret technique is right in your hand. Well actually, you don't even use your hand. You can develop the technique in broad daylight, standing on line at a bank or ordering food, driving a car or at the office...no one will know you are developing your abilities.
The first exercise is: Three times a day, flex the PC twenty times. Hold it for one or two seconds each time, then release. That's it, twenty squeezes, three times a day for three weeks. You are not trying for an erection, so relax and let your penis respond naturally to these exercises. In three weeks I will share the next step..
