alright so i've let the the whole "my penis isn't beig enough" thought process finally wear me down and now i'm doing something about it. another reason why i'm doing this is cuz i finally found out that out of all the guy i know, i'm the one that actually has a chane with this amzingly gorgeous girl (sorry to give the sob story, i jut want to let ya know where i'm comin from) and i just want to be "prepared" for her. i've been on the program for a little over a month now (with the exception of maybe a week) but still going strong and i have yet to see any results. i was just wondering what were some work out routines that would yield the most gains inside of a 3-4 month time period. anything will be greatly appreciated, and would someone please explain to me what the hell a ROP is? thank you very very much

I dont know what would yeild the most results in 3-4 months but I think the Supra Slammer would be good. I dont know if it is for beginners though. The ROP is the Ring Of Power, I believe that is what it is called I am not completely sure how it works but do a forum search for it and you should find some information on it.

If you look in my progress tracking page, I listed a "no-lube" workout that is finally giving me girth gains, after a month of nothing. Might help you too.

You should search for "ROP construction," that's what turtle often advises and where I learned to recently build my ROPs. Be sure to experiment with the length of the tubing before you super-glue them, and it's easier to get the tubing on if you sand down the edges of the copper/zinc a little bit after cutting them.

Dry jelq is done as follows: kegel in some blood and trap at the base, then move your hand towards the head and you will feel the pressure in the top 50% or so of your penis, and the head will be expanded. You will be stretching the skin, your hand doesn't move over your skin. You can hold it at the end too, this is a jelq and hold.

I do a Horse 440 as follows: get mostly hard and trap at the base. Get a good squeeze with your other hand just under the glans. Pump in some blood to engorge the shaft, then push the two hands together to balloon out the shaft a bit. Go easy on this one, I bruised myself with too hard of a grip, and you will experience a lot of pressure so if you're new (like I am) you need to be easy on yourself.

You can search the forum to get better (or more accurate) descriptions, but this is what I do.

Hi Lenny545,

It's hard to suggest which exercises would yield the most gains for you in such a short period of time. PE should be a life-long journey, and not just a few-months thing. The reason why I say that is 1) PE helps the penis stay in tip-top shape throughout your life 2) You will not be demotivated if you don't see any gains in a short period of time.

The results and satisfaction from PE is amazing, but it all takes TIME. You should follow the routines in penishealth, they have alot of great routines there for noobs. Stay consistent and dedicated and you will see excellent results! :)
