I agree with woohoo19m, when we were young we would masturbate as quickly as we can and then ejaculate, not realising that this may cause our bodies to remember this and have some negative effects later in our lives. You would need to train your penis to last the distance. Therefore the only way to last is to train your penis to last as long as you can before ejaculating. It may be hard at the start, but as time goes on, you will get better at this.

Oh don't worry I will be keeping all you informed. to tell you the truth your the only people i ahve to help me through thease hard times.
