ok heres what I do...

Ive been doing PE for about 2 months and worked my way up to these excercises, im looking for some add-ons, so please critique!



Warm-up towel - about 3 minutes
200-300 Jelqs, Dry jelqs
(mon wed fri - Supra slammers: 8-10)
Become Flaccid at this point
Bundled Tunica : 2 reps, 30 seconds each
Pressured Long shlong : 2-3 reps, 30 seconds each stretch (down, up, straight out, left and right)
I pull my penis under my legs and I pull up as far as I can by my butt - 2 reps 30 seconds each
LS Heli - 10 reps, 30 second reps. 5 clockwise, 5 counterclockwise

I also do plenty of PC work too, and Ive seen that get stronger lately

Measurements
Flaccid Length - 4 inches :(
Flaccid Girth - around 3.75 inches :mad:
Erection Length – 7 inches
Base Erection Girth – 5.5 inches
Middle of Penis Girth – 5 inches


Again Ive been doing PE for about 2 months

I think that you have a good workout. Think about adding 10 reps @ 30 sec. of downward stretch. Not a big add, but it might help a tad. Basically, I think that you have a real solid workout.

k, Ill do that anyone else please comment

If your wondering, I usually do PE Mon-Fri and nothing on saturday and sunday, cept for some stretches here and there.

Whitey, sorry mate, im not here to help to much but to get information. Just wondering, what program are you on? If i had to take a stab i would say Penis-Helath.com but thats just a stab. Get back to me, i wouldnt mind useing a routine like yours, im currently on the EnlargingPenisGuide.com Program but im not sure how good it is, penishealth.com sounds much more established. havent done my second measurement yet so i dont know.

I agree. As a noob i think it's very important to have a nice solid workout with an even balance of girth and length exercises. Your workout looks good to me.

Keep up the good work and be sure to keep us posted of your outcomes.
