Thought that I would lighten the board up a bit (everyone seems so concerned and worried most of the time). I have been PEing for several months now and am quite pleased with my results (nothing major, but whats that saying Turtle, something about slow and steady).

However, my best results have been when I was consistent with my workouts and didn't masterbate either. So I'm starting the first (I think :sm15 ) PE master of the domain last man standing challenge (or PEMDLMSC for short lol). I'm sure that most of you would agree (as stated on the several websites) that abstaining from firing off a few knuckle children will result in better gains, and IMO more motivation to get each workout in; so lets start an honor system contest. We can even pick a day this week for the official start date, then see who can blue ball the longest and thus ( in theory) make the greatest gains. Sign up in this thread and even use this thread to take out your frustrations (on me for starting this unholy evil) or just in general. We can even make a JPEG for the winner to use as their avatar so that all will know he is the PEMDLMSC champion of the PE world (or PEMDLMSCCPEW for short :rolleyes: )

Yeah this thing sucks hard (ohhhh I shouldn't have thought that, only makes things worse), but like I said in the very first post, the longer you can go the greater the gains will be. So in the long run, its worth it. This thread gives all of us involved motivation to reach their goals; so much of this message board focuses on the negatives and worries- a support group is just the ticket. So hows everyones week been going?
With work, working out, and social life- Im only able to fit in about 3-4 PE sessions a week lately. Think I should be trying to fit in more? I know a lot of people do the 3 on one off 2 on one off (but then spend the off days w/ Palmala Handerson and her five sisters...). I think just like working out in the gym recovery is a big part of the equation and a day on and a day off is best for me. My workouts are really jelq intensive (always 300; if Im REALLY ambitious 500 :sm23 ) plus needling and ulis- with some length exercises as well ( Im already 7 though; its my girth that needs the most immediate attention only 4.75 :( ) Im still pretty new to this whole thing since I only started end of aug/first of sept and have not tried many advanced exercises yet. LOL the first and only time I tried SUPRA Slammers was in mid Oct. :mad: quite unsuccessful but OMG I haven't even seen someone shoot that far in porn hahahah; I can tell they will be a good exercise when I get them down though- talk about pressure!!!!
