i have read that the pub flex exercises can help to control ejaculation.

does it mean that i can hold "it" when i feel like blowing my load? is that safe? how long can one hold it"

It is actually a bit more complicated than that. It does not mean that you can hold it in but rather that you do not have to hold it in because you are in control during the entire time (whether it is sex or masturbating). Where a lot of confussion lies is in the fact that flexing the PC muscle actually makes you ejaculate sooner. So the idea is to only periodically flex the PC during sex or masturbation, whereas most males keep it flexed almost the entire time. And even if you do not think you do, you probably do. Finally, you flex it just before and while you are ejaculating. This will result in more cum, shooting it farther, and it feeling a thousand times better. To answer your other questions, it is safe to do this but do not do what some people call injaculation where you keep going and stopping but never ejaculate. And theoretically, you could stay in control for hours.

I was just noticing the other night while having sex that I do tend to keep the muscle flexed during intercourse. And then when I'm about to ejaculate, holding it tighter doesn't work so well. Next time I'll try to keep from flexing the PC muscle during sex. You mentioned that right when your ejaculating, you flex it to shoot farther. But, what if I don't want to ejaculate because she's not ready? Do I then flex it right before to hold of the ejaculation? I'm still confused about how to last longer. If I'm successfull with stopping the ejaculation, won't I just start to have one again when I continue having sex? Or will holding it back allow me to keep going? More help would be appreciated.

Yeah, kegel exercises and PC excercises are the same thing but you have to keep up with a consistant routine to make it work (refer to the PC exercises at the sites homepage).

For the other member, your right. Holding it tighter will only make you finish sooner so flexing it before or during will not help. Unfortunatly, there is not any instant fix. It takes time, practice, and patients. The PC exercises are the most important. If you have not started them then do so and remember to only periodically tighten the PC during sex. Also, you do not have to stop during sex, just slow down (even before "the feeling" starts) and even if you do have to stop for a bit, that does not mean that you can not do a whole bunch of other things that will still be arousing, especially for her. I guess the most important thing to remember is that the chemical and biological components that lead up to ejaculating start even before our pants are down and continues until the big event occurs. So the control of it can not just start when "the feeling" starts. The control has to be there from the beginning. Also, just a note for anyone, if you can not last while masturbating, you will not be able to last while having sex.

darren seems to have said that masturbation will not affect the program so i would think that ejaculation (sex or masturbation) before and after the program should not have any effect on it.

anyway, i find it easier to do the long shlong with a limp penis (masturbation really helps!) and when i get really hard after milking and all the rest, jerking off, for me is a good way to end the session!!

what about you???

I have only been on the program for about a week now, so I am no really sure.

I have experienced no differenses from ejaculating briefly after a workout session, but I have difficulties keeping my erection for the entire workout (especially the jelqing) if I ejaculate shortly before the workout.

The subject has been a up quite a few times now, and most agree that ejaculation does not interfere with your training results.

I always tried to avoid ejaculating a few hours before and after workouts when I was PEing.
There are two points to consider: After ejaculation your testosterone levels drop sharply and the connective tissues within the penis tighten.
So my advice would be to try not to - just to be sure you are not limiting your gains in any way.

Hey,

There are many different views on this subject and i dont think that it has ever been resolved.

There are many that think that ejaculation after a workout is bad bcos it puts your penis into a 'sleepy' state which is not good for your growth. But then there are others that say that it is good bcos it floods you penis with blood and all the good stuff that is needed for growth.

I personally try not to ejaculate if i can possibly help it (which isnt often!! lol), but if i feel that i want to - i do!! Just go with the flow - there are guys that ejaculate that make massive gains, and there are guys that dont that also make massive gains. I dont really think it matters!!

never ever do to much !!!!

gainz take time no matter how hard u train,the best way ta get gains is simply read what ur penis is telling u ,,if ur penis is hurting or aching then stop leave it alone and rest
until u feel more comfortable and ready to exersize again,

i know this sounds stupid but i know myself that this works
after u have done a few months of pe try takin a week off or maybe 2,
give ur penis a nice few days off from the stress and then start up again..

Hi Darren,

Here is another unique Ferrari exercise, and one of the MANY tips i have given here over the months!! lol

I was playin around the other nite and came across a great new head size exercise - dunno if anyone has used this before but here goes...

You do need to be quite long for this one, otherwise it will be a bit awkward (6 inch plus I estimate).

Get a 75% - 100% erection, pump ur pc muscle hard and then seal the blood into ur shaft by doing a tight tourniquet grip with either hand at the base. Then, simply start sliding ur other hand from as far down as u can go, right to the head with a nice tight ok grip.

When u reach the head, immedietly take ur hand off and start again at the base (being sure to keep ur tourniquet grip in place throughout). You should use a nice fast rythm so that u are basically filling ur head up with blood. The process is basically like jelquing but much faster and with a tourniquet grip instead - try to imagine urself rolling a condom on backwards (i.e - from the base upwards).

After about 15,20 strokes ur head/shaft will be huge and completely full of blood. Next, stop the jelquing motion, very slightly loosen ur base grip and immedietly pump ur pc with blood and then INSTANTLY clamp it off again - u dont want any blood to escape, but u want more in if u get what i mean?!

Then, sloooooooooowly slide ur base grip right up to the head, being sure to move slowly and make sure that u push all the blood along infront of ur grip. The pressure will be so great by now, that u may not even make it to the head before u literally 'run out of chamber space'!!!

When u reach the head (or close to it), pause and clamp ur hand tighter and hold it there for another 10 seconds. Then, and only then, let go completely - phew, thats an intense one!!! lol

This whole exercise should take quite a while and u will probably only be able to get a few done per workout, but it is a great one for head size, and mine is noticebaly increasing already!

Let me start with a little background,I started PE about 1 1/2 yrs ago after learning about a free penis enlargment site on the net.The program didn't have a lot of information or fancy exercises.It was warm up,stretch 10 minutes and jelq 30 minutes six days a week 1 day off.I did get some small gains and notices harder erections(I should metion I also did 500-1000 pc flexes daily also).But due to marrital problems I gave up on the exercises after about a month.
Well now my problems are behind me and I still wanted a larger penis.So I searched the web and almost went with pills but decided if a pill could give you a bigger dick 90% of the men in world would be packin 8-10 inches (am I right).So I joined a online PE programs in hopes of getting clearer information and better results.And up to this point it as been great other than I could have got most of the information and forums for free,but what the hell I've got no hard feeling 50 bucks what the and with the gains I acheived it was worth 50 bucks.I started this program 1 month and 3 weeks ago,my starting measurerments were 6 1/8" length and 4 1/2" girth.After 3 1/2 weeks my measurements were up to 6 3/8" and 5" girth.Now after 1 month and 3 weeks I'm measuring 6 3/4" and 5 1/4".So now that were all up to date let me show my work out:

1.Warm-up:I always do my work out in the bath so i can be alone and get a warm-up,which I'm told is very important.I soak for 10 minutes in hot water and I do 3 set of 100 pc flexes to pass the time.
2.Strethces:5 sets of 60 second straight out,5 sets of 60 sec. staight up,5 set of rotating stretches,altenating directions,of 50 slow rotations.
3.Jelqing:10-15 minutes of intense jelqing with 60-70% erection,always using slow,controled strokes and kinda of pull in a downward motion.
4.Uli's:5 sets of these.Just incase some of you are familair with this exercise.You you get a 80-90%erection,get a overhand grip(back of hand up)make a ok sign at the base of penis,pump pc 3 time to fill shaft and head,slide ok sign toward the head.When you get half way up shaft stop and count 10,close middle finger tightly hold 10,close ring finger hold 10,then close pinky hold 10.Then 5 sets of the Ferrari squeezers.
5.440 horse squeeze:5 sets of these.For those who don't know these you start with a 80-90% erection.Clamp base of penis with palm down ok sign,pump pc to fill shaft and head.While still clamping make ok sign with free hand and tightly slide down over head forcing blood down into shaft.Sometime this hurts a little so I use the Ferrari slider blaster,clamp base with palm down ok sign,with other hand clamp just below head tightly and then pump pc till shaft ballons out,slowly move 2 hand on shaft toward each other.then whlie still hold shaft with both hands rotate and bend shaft,several times, futher expanding it,then repeat.
6.Use penis pump for 10 minutes.Haven't got any gain from this but wife likes temporary results and give penis a more veiny look and feel.
7.Warm down:10 minute soak in warm bath.
I also try to do several hundred pc flexes and pc flex holds a day.One exercise I like is to get full erection clamp penis in the middle of the shaft and do pc flexes very slowly and pump hard do ussauly 50 1-2sec. flexes and hold 20 sec on the 50th.This is a great pc workout and it seems my base is add girth due to this exersice.My base measurement was 4 5/8" now almost 5 1/2".

I guess I should mention that I take vigrex(not vigrx)that i got from vitiman world for 13.99 30 day supply.I dont think it makes the penis grow but can feel the blood flowing about 1/2 hour after taken,so i take it.I take l-agisine and l-lysine 500mg of each a day.And also flexon a tylenol product that my doctor gave me after surgury that promotes heathly joint,tendon,ligiment,and muscle growth.

Well i hope this helps and encourges some of you guys out there.I wish I had a pc camera to take some pic (before / after)but i will be getting one asap to document the rest of my journey to 8".I guess I just didn't think the gains would come this fast.Anywho remember that this wasn't my starting work out I took time to build up to this.If anything causes pain you must stop and take a week and try the exersice again.Some of these are not novice exersices so be careful.I guess with my weight lifting I just have learned over the years how to work hard enough to get a great workout but not to much as to cause injury and sometime thats a fine line.So be careful.The three most important things I've noticed that I can pass on are:1.warm up and warm down never attempt to exercise with out these 2 things they are critical to getting a full work out and preventing injury.2.hard work,dedication,and a positive attitude these 3 things are a must you will make it nowhere if you lack any of these.3.and the last thing is don't measure everyday you'll only get discourged I've made a start measure,a 3 week measure,and a 1 month 3week measure,and plan on doing 1 month between from here on out(also take 2 days off before you measure as to get a accurate measurement).

A Total workout program for length and girth gains

Hi There,

My name is Highlander and I have been a member of penis health for about 2.5 months now. I will post a total workout routine that allowed me to gain 1.5 cm in length in four weeks and 0.7 cm in width a and also increased the size and thickness of the head.
I will try to put every ounce of knowledge concerning pe and physical fitness in here.

First of all understand that when you want to increase the size of your penis you need to understand why you want to do this. If it is because you desire it, then that is a good reason and will keep you motivated. If you want to do this because of someone else than that is the wrong reason. Your partner should accept you as you are, that is what real love is all about. In order to get great gains you need to make a plan and stick to it. If your a busy person you will need to plan your workouts. Also it may help to write down your reasons for doing pe and read them everyday. Be specific about the results you want (be realistic as well) and write those down. For example write down I will gain 2 cm in length in 8 weeks time and I will gain 0.5 cm in width in four weeks. Measuere were you are and where you want to be after the mentioned training period. This will keep you motivated. Also keep a log of your training exercises and the amount of time and the intensity of your workout. If you gain faster than aniticpated, change your goals, if you are not gaining fast enough then you can look at your training routine and quickly see what you need to do to get better results. Ofcourse you will also need to spend time on finding out more information about pe and need to understand that your training routine is your training routine and that you need to develop a training routine that works for you. Also don`t expect to gain an inch in three weeks or three inches in two months, This is highly unlikely and selfdefeating behaviour. PE WORKS but it takes time and HARD work in order to be succesfull. My first month my workouts lasted for over an hour, three days on and one day of.
I was surpised by how quickly I gained.
Also it may be a good idea to workout next to doing PE,
if you want to get in excellent shape. I advise you to take a look at the body for life program at www.bodyforlife.com.
Then there is the question of whether to use the penis pills or not, I don`t think you need them for great gains. However I will admit to using vigrx for the first six weeks, I don`t know whether they worked or not. I do know that I gained quickly during that period. I also know that I gained quickly after I gave up using those pills. It depends on how you look at pe, Before I became a member of penis health I was ripped of for 50 dollars by another site. Penis health only cost me 50 and the pills cost me 120 dollars. Personally I kinda laugh about it because it is a small amount of money for a much bigger dick I see it all as a kind of fun experiment which i dod not believe to be possible at first.
NOW on to the routine.

Start with four minutes of hot wrapping, the water needs to be hot, not to hot but hot nontheless. (this warmups better than taking a shower!
Then I do the bloodbending warmup, grab the base of your semierect penis flex your pc muscle to pump in the blood. squeeze the base HARD and use your other hand to bend fowards, for 12 seconds and to the left for 12 seconds and to the right for 12 seconds. Do this routine 3 times with your left hand at the base and then switch it around and do it 3 times. There are a few variations,
you can do the 12 seconds bending while flexing your pc muscle (not for beginners) and you can also do the bending wihile using your free hand to squeeze the blood out of the head and into the middle and then make sure that for those 12 seconds the blood cannot go back into the head by squeezing with both hands. This can also be combined with the pc flex. (not for beginners)
In between the reps dp short and quick restperiods of 15 seconds, relaease the tension in your squeeze hand a little so that you can felx your pc muscle and pump more blood in. Do this exercise with a semierect penis. It is a very good warmup exercise and great for girth.
Also remember to switch hand because we want to increase girth on both side of the penis so that it remains symmetic.
Next stand and shake your dick loosely and rest for 50 seconds and go on to do the jelq. Make sure you stand and get a semi erect penis. Also make sure you have a porn movie on so that you can maintain the semierect penis some will have trouble with this if they don`t. Use a good lubricant that stays wet during the exercise.
Rub it on your dick and balls and if you have a lot of hair than rub it bit of it on that too. Grab the base of the penis and squeeze hard and put your other hand in front of it. You need to understand that you need to jelq HARD in order to get good results, don`t stroke it like a cat. Immediatley after you start stroking use the other hand to grab the base hard. This will cause a double pump of blood. Also don`t just jelq with the ring, use your WHOLE HAND. This combined with the double pump effect will make your dick huge. one stroke should last between 2and 5 seconds and doing this will cause your arm muscles to be sore after those 20 mins. and you will be sweating, hey if you want results you gotta work hard. I prefer to stand and focus on the jelqing and think about the results while doing it. Tip have a cup of water nearby so you can take a quick sip without loosening the grip at the base ofcourse. Put a towel underneath your feet so that the sweat does not fall on the floor and your feet remain dry. pause for a minute and shake that thing, if done properly it will be a lot bigger and you will have bloodspots in the beginning, do not worry they will go away. Now on to the stretching routine, I do the long shlong 20 seconds to the front, 20 to the left and 20 to the right. I use an overhead grip. with one hand. Variations are to do the strecht slights pulling downward, very effective and the more advance would be to really pull it downward so that it almost seems as if your hand is pulled into your dick this allows for great pressure. Do the long shlong 7 sets and rest 30 sec in between and don`t forget to massage the head a bit because it will look a bit thinner because of the stretch.
Do this after the jelq because your penis will already be bigger. Also remember to take the lube of your dick and hands or else it will be to slippery
Then the girth routines,
The first I do is a modified ferrari exercise that resembles bloodbending and I use the second variation on the bloodbending I wrote about earlier, I call it arj blood.
again do it for three sets with the left at base and three with the right at base. Important because we want more girth and remain semmytric. If you do this correctly your girth will look HUGE during the exercise again do this with proper pressure. ( beginners may start ou with the first variation of the bloodbending) and for the advanced do this while flexing the pc musle during the bending and do not forget to pump more blood in between the rest periods of about 30 secs max.
After this one rest for 45 seconds and we move on to the ferrari head squeeze and here to I have modified it slightly. Grab the base of your semierect penis with one hand and flex the pc so a lot of blood goes into it.use an overhead grip with the other hand near the base hand. Your thumb should be closest to the base. squeeze with the first finger HARD for 5 seconds then the second for five sec and the third and the fourth in the same manner. Dont forget to squeeze hard at the base as well. This will BALLOOON your head big time when you have all fingers gripping your penis hold it for 25 seconds. This also increases length and girth.. Loosen the base squeeze and pump in more blood rest for 30 secs. You can massage your head a little to keep it semi erect. do this 7 or 8 times if you are advanced.
After this rest for one minute and do the head squeeze,
grab the base and repeat the same procedure of flexing the pc muscle, however for this exercise you need a full erect penis.Hold the base and make a small circle with the other handabout 1 cm and push down ove the head of your penis, use lube and push the blood into the middle. Your girth will balloon and hold for 30 secs when your hand is underneath the head. do this 8 times.
Rest for a minute and get an erection and do pubflexes for example i did 9 sets of twenty and the last one i would hold for either 10,15 or 20 seconds depending on how advanced you are. You can also do the pubs at another time for example when you are in the train. You do not necessarily need a full erection for these and a warmup is not needed either It can save you time. Cool down with a hor wrap do this for about 5 min if you can a slightly longer cool down will speedup your gains, And if possible do this instead , take a shower and take the shower head into your hand, make sure that the water is hot (not to hot but hot ) hold you penis and make sure that you have your fingers placed directly over the head. So that you will not get the hot water on your head directly. Spray hot water over your penis for five minutes, this is a much more effective cooldown.
If there are times that you miss a workout that is to bad, but don`t make yourself crazy about missing one, noone is perfect. After a while you might find out that you have reached a plateau. Take a few weeks rest, my penis gained 0.5 cm in length when I stopped this very intensive program and my girth has remained as well. Also remember to eat healthy. It might be a good thing to take a whey protein shake after a workout. It gave me the feeling that i gained quicker and even if it did not hellp those proteins helped me gain more muscle from working out in the gym. And ofcoiurse if you do the jelqing right your arms will have become bigger as well.
Also do not be afraid to experiment, for example I am more charmed of the arj blood and the headsqueeze than the third side blaster, nontheless it is very effective. I also thikn it is important not to obsess about this, see it as a game, even now I am amazed at achieving a bigger penis and I think it is very funny.
Also I f you don`t have the time shorten the workout,
I am gonna start again soon and I will then do a 10 min Really hard jelq session, 5 min long shlong and then either the arj blood or head squeeze. I do the pubs in the metro Dont worry i keep my clothes on. Ofcourse a powerjelq would make it easier nudge nudge wink wink
I would like to end by thanking Darren and Ferrari for their insight which allowed me to make my own program and boy it does work.

i know im new to this whole PE thing but i have found a few things out myself that helped me already. one thing that i have found very helpful is being to communicate with all these other people(you guys) going after the same thing as me(a bigger penis). being able to talk with you guys has helped me not only in knowing what to do but also in giving me the confidence to keep believing to continue my workout. it feels good having people keep telling you to keep going even though u want to stop. also feel comfortable asking us questions because almost 100% of the time ,one of the many of us that there are will have an anwser.my last and other suggestion is supplements. taking supplements can dramtically increase your gains. for me i know this helped my gains.my workout consistsw of this:

4 min warm up with hot cloth
5 min sit on the penis and stretch(2 1/2 mins on each side of testacles)
5 min hold and pull straight down to floor
10 helicopters each direction(10 to left,10 to right)
pull out straight(3 sets of 30 secs.)
15 min of very hard,slow jelqing
2 reps of penis bending(one hand below head,hold pc muscle,then put hand on base,squeeze and flexpc muscle for 10 secs., then bend down,to left,and to right)
10 reps of five finger squeeze(5 secs, per finger)
and finish off with the head exercise
then take a nice hot shower for 10 mins just letting the water hit my penis the whole time for a veery good cooldown
once i get out and get dried i apply pure vitiman E oil to my penis and testis.

also remember that i take these supplements daily:

1. L-arginine(amino acid that helps stimulate blood flow to penis)

2. horny goat weed ( helps achievemany erections)

3. vig-rx(supoports sexual stamina and promotes blood flow to to the penis)

all three help supplement growth and help achieve much quicker gains.
i also run 2 miles a day to help keep healthy and produce better blood flow throughtout the body.

Well anyways, here is lilsamsons tip: Before starting your PE workout, be sure to 'shave the shaft'. You can leave your hairy nuts if ya like, but u gotta 'shave the shaft'.

This will prevent any pain you may get from stroking your pubicles. Also, sometimes when u jelq, if your hairs are too long, you can end up pulling those with the milking action. This results in you pulling the skin of which your pubes is attached to, which then results in much pain.

So lilsamsons tip is, 'shave the shaft'.

ok get ur penis between 70 - 100 % errect then start pumping ur pc muscle after a few pumps use and o grip around ur penis about an inch from the base.
and continue to do pc flexes to pump blood into ur dick while holding the grip.
this helps to prevent ur base thining out..

take ur hand and take a hold of ur testicles and gently but firmly pull down on em ...
i use this if im doin the missionary posistion , i hold my body up with my left hand and pull down on my sack firmly with my right hand..
summet ta try it may feel weird at first but it can work wonders if done properly
ps... dont pull quickly or full strength as u may cause realy serious pain..

hey guys, just thought i would post this tip.

i have been doing PE for about a month now and i have gained 3/8 of an inch in length and 1/2 an inch girth, and i think one of the main reasons that contributed to this was my motivation. motivation is one of the most important factors when trying to do PE. i also told my girlfriend and she is really supportive and helps to motivate me alot as well. its really great to hear your chick say things like " wow, its grown since i last saw you" and "you've been working hard". this just makes me want to do it more and more. so get motivated guys, just think how much more confidence and self-esteem you'll have when it does grow! also visualization helps as well, when your doing PE keep telling yourself "its getting bigger, longer, thicker and fatter"!!! i'm telling you guys it really does work!!! <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/images/emoticons/happy.gif ALT=":D">

while manual stretching(especialy the behind the leg stretch) thrust ur pelvis forward while pulling ur penis behind u ..

Hello Darren:

My tip revolves around stretching. I have been doing your warm up stretching and the long shlong methods. I also have followed the forum for many months and tried many techniques as told about in the forum. I particularily like Ferrari's methods of stretching where you sit on your penis etc. However, I wanted to have an easier & more prolonged way if that were possible.
I started to look for any information on stretching, hanging etc. products. I noticed that most of the devices used for stretching involved putting a lot of pressure on the tip of the penis either
with bands of rubber or something to catch behind the ridge of the head.

I tried variations of bib hangers etc. I have now come up with my own varition of ferairis stretching exercise.

My new procedure revolves around Velcro. I will give the procedure I use & the routine which I have been doing.. My procedure leaves a world of interpretation for any user to experiment to get the best individual result.

The main thing about this method is to be comfortable so as not to hurt oneself.
The three things I was looking for in stretching were comfort, sustained stretching without tiring, and increased safe pulling or weight addition.

The technique in a nutshell: Wrapping of a flaccid penis around the center of the shaft with a soft stretchable material and using 2 velcro strips that are wrapped but left hanging on both sides of the penis shaft with which to pull or hang weights.
Benefits: Provides for a comfortable way to pull or hang weights to stretch evenly the sides of the penis without putting pressure on the delicate top side & head of the penis.

The whole key to this procedure is to find a comfortable wrapping technique. Most of the commercial stretching or hanging products still involve wrapping first.

The materials used:

1. Velcro: The Velcro to buy is the kind that has an adhesive on the back to apply to smooth surfaces. It comes on a strip with a fuzzy side & a hook side both with adhesive on one side. Cut equal amounts of both fuzzy & hook strips. Adhere a fuzzy strip adhesive to the adhesive of the hook strip. You are now left with a velcro strip that has a fuzzy side and a hook side. You now have an adjustable bind that attaches to itself. You need two of these finished strips cut to a length of 12" to 15" approx. The rest of the Velcro can be used later or made into smaller strips.

2. Ace reusable wrist bandage or soft wrapping material.
3. Round Barbells 2-1/2 lb. or less with hole in middle or other appropriate weights.

Technique:
1. The penis should be as flaccid as possible & you are going to need baby powder not lubrication. Grasp the head and stretch out as you usually do. Now wrap the center of the shaft with something soft or made out of rubber ie. bathing cap, balloon, etc. Take a piece of velcro with the soft fuzzy side down and encircle the material & shaft and close tight but comfortable. The hook side is now facing up around the penis.

2. Take an Ace elastic reusable wrapping like you use for a wrist. I use one that is 2" wide with a velcro fastener on one end. Wrap the penis middle with the wrap. The wrap will stick to the velcro that you had previously put on. Now continue to wrap the penis a number of times. Do not wrap the head.

3. As you wrap, you are now going to place a velcro strip on each side of the penis and continue wrapping. The fuzzy side of the velcro should face into penis so as not to scratch the head of the penis. The hook velcro side will catch on to the wrap. Continue to wrap until the end of the wrap and fasten with its velco end or a piece of velcro you made. You now have your penis wrapped with the Ace bandage and with 2 velcro strips on either side and extending down 6 or 7 inches. The penis head can be seen. You will need to watch the head to make sure it is not squeezed or is turning too red.

Before I proceed I would just like to say the hardest thing I found was not getting an erection with all this wrapping. You will just have to experiment. If you just relax the penis will go flaccid and stretching will also help in this regard. You don't want to stretch wilh an erect penis, you could hurt yourself.

If you are still with me I will explain some great techniques which the velcro allows you to use.

First Procedure: Take the hanging velcro strips and attach them together. You now have a convenient handle with which to stretch your penis with. When you have everything right you can pull on the velcro and that will in turn pull evenly along the sides of the penis without any one spot taking all the pressure The idea in stretching is to stretch the ligaments & sides of the penis. You can sustain a long constant stretch will little effort. You can follow all of Ferrari's methods: You can stretch down, up, sideways, under etc. You will feel the stretch & when you have the right pressue with no pain you can hold it for a long time..

You should feel pressure but no pain. If you feel pain than maybe your wrap is slipping or you have it too tight. Like I said you have to find the right wrapping technique that works for you.

Hanging Procedure: Take a barbell weight with a hole in center, I use 2-1/2lb weights. Take the Velcro strip apart and insert one end of the strip through the hole of the barbell. Now attach the other Velcro strip to the one coming through the hole.
Now sit on an edge of a chair and let the barbell hang down stretching your penis.
Again you should feel pressure & stretching but not pain. The reason for barbells is that you can accurately add weight and know how much you are working with. I can go to 10lbs. However, I usually work in lower ranges depending on how I workout.

Hanging Routine: Just sitting there was boring and time consuming so I came up with a procedure that allows me to do weight training like a weight lifter might do. Heres what I do....
I start swinging the weight between my legs. You can do a little or a lot. You just have to get the weights swinging by shifting your body forward & back a couple of times. Now start counting each time the weight swings back under your body. That is where you will feel the stretch each time. You now have an accurate way of counting how many repetitions and the time spent.
At first you might try swinging for 25 times with 2-1/2lbs. You can gradually increase to 200 or more & also increase the weight. Go slowly and after a few minutes unwrap and check your penis and maybe massage with some vitamin E oil. It helps with tissue repair.

I think I gave enough info for one post. This technique could be used with your other exercises or by itself. If you have any questions I will answer them through the forum. You might try looking at the web sites that feature hanging products such as a bib hanger. They have all the technical data and facts about stretching. Always learn more about the subject before attempting any technique.

Hello Darren: I started your course on May 14, 2002 and was 5-1/2", I am now at 6-1/2". Most of the increase was due to The Jelq. You asked for a tip or something I learned about PE.

I would like to share some knowledge and a tip about the most important infomation I have ever gotten.

I have been doing PC exercises with the proper techniques for 5 years and am multi-orgasmic having up to four orgasms in a session. I was taught the proper techniques from a doctor.
If you did not know, there are two ways to being a multi-orgasmic man.
One is through control: Using your PC muscles to control ejaculation. The other technique uses
sound or voice tone & is rooted back to biblical times. This approach take a much longer time to master. So for right now the PC approach can be achieved faster and you are already doing it. It just needs refinement and the proper techniques to reach the proper control.

If you could satisfy your partner for 10, 20, 30 minutes or more and you are only 5", Your partner won't care if you reach 9". However, why not have both.

All of this Secret technique is right in your hand. Well actually, you don't even use your hand. You can develop the technique in broad daylight, standing on line at a bank or ordering food, driving a car or at the office...no one will know you are developing your abilities.
The first exercise is: Three times a day, flex the PC twenty times. Hold it for one or two seconds each time, then release. That's it, twenty squeezes, three times a day for three weeks. You are not trying for an erection, so relax and let your penis respond naturally to these exercises. In three weeks I will share the next step..

Continue to do the PC EXERCISES, that is the KEY to becoming a Superman.

i used ta use baby oil,shaving gel,ky jelly,even the new ky oils..
but my favourite by far is baby lotion yes yes thats right baby lotion not oil but baby lotion lol..
its nice and slick is great wet and smells fuckin nice 2 lol

Yes, It will return to normal.

To assist this performance in ejaculation, it would suit you best to exercise the pc muscle.

If you are just a beginner, then 50-100 pc reps. per day would be good until you can work your way up...eventually to 400 pc reps per day.

tonight i decided to see if i could hold back ejaculation by tensing the PC muscle as artist described. when i came i tensed the muscle hard and no semen came out at all, i still got the muscle contractions and stuff... anyway straight after i felt like i would feel if i had ejaculated normally, my dick went limp and i was not horny any more etc... whats going on?

I'm brand new - like 1 hour new - and I'm eager to learn as much as I can. I'm 43 years old and experiencing more than my fair share of aging symptoms sexually. I have a pacemaker and have in recent years realized some difficulty maintaining a prolonged erection during intercourse. The only thing more miraculous than Viagra, in my book, would have been if I'd bought the damn stock before they announced it's availability. My 32 year old girlfriend has on the average 6 to 10 orgasms during our lovemaking and is more than just content. :cool:
I, on the other hand, feel self conscious that I have some difficulty acheiving orgasm and then, when I do, the ejaculation is sometimes weak and less than the average teaspoon, if I follow the estimates of some related internet sites. :(

The short version is no you shouldn't. :( The reason is because when you ejaculate, your body goes through several chemical and physical changes which can diminish your results. For instance, when you ejaculate, your blood testosterone levels begin to drop and your penile connective tissues constrict as well.

Therefore, it is best to wait at least 2 hours after completion of the workout before ejaculating. It is equally important not to ejaculate for at least 2 hours before exercising. And under no circumstances should you ejaculate DURING your workout. This will definitely impede your progress. If you develop the urge to ejaculate while exercising, i would suggest that you pause until your urge has subsided - then you can resume where you left off.

I'm extremely self-conscious about all of this so you'll please pardon me if I sound awkward. I'm trying to be discreet here at home, so I've only been able to read a dozen or so posts in the limited time I've had free to browse alone. You gotta give me some credit, getting a quad pentium NT server into the closet at 1:00am wasn't exactly an easy task. :)
So why is ejaculation quantity a concern? We're not considering any more children so pregnancy isn't a concern. I think it's a matter of virility for me. I don't know, perhaps I'm trying to reach back to when I was 18 years old and capable of multiple orgasms in one evening.
I can honestly say that PE is not one of my primary goals for joining this program nor for visiting this forum. I'm primarily interested in sexual health and learning all I can about the related pshysiology, exercises, nutrition, and supplements to restore and maintain as much sexual vigor as possible as I grow older.
I've never had a problem pleasing my partners and I still don't for that matter. I'm embarrassed to say, however, that I've lost the stamina I once had and cannot maintain for any length of time. Viagra turns me into Superman and that's just too cool. Without it though I have very little confidence in myself as a lover. I find myself avoiding the bedroom and that's just gotta be a train wreck somewhere along the line.
Since I have some cardiac issues, I'm wondering if a PE program won't help improve some blood circulation and lessen the E.D. affect. I don't know. It certainly can't hurt.
Regarding ejaculation quantity, I find it amusing that you'd ask me why that is a concern of mine. Don't all men think about it? Really. I thought all men wanted these volumous, volcanic orgasms. I'm not at all concerned with how much sperm is produced, although I'm sure that's just a technicality. I'm only concerned with the volume of the fluid produced and the force with which it is ejaculated.
I guess in the end I'm really looking to improve my sexual health and function as much as I can and, in the process, leave my girlfriend gasping even more than she already does and feeling like she was just attacked by the Stay Puff Marshmallow man. :)

I'm one of those people who don't care about it. Let's take a few scenarios:

1. She's giving me head.
Seems to me that she'd rather I don't have much to give her.

2. I come inside her.
Does anyone really notice how much ejaculate there is in this case?

3. I come on her.
Maybe I would care in this case...if it were for a porn. Heh. But no, it's just more cleaning up to do, IMO.

HOWEVER, it does seem that more ejaculate results in a longer/better orgasm. HOWEVER (again), delaying the orgasm in the first place yields the same/better results anyway.

This is just phase one of my project. I'm basically trying to show that there is a drop in blood testosterone after ejaculation. Phase II will be trying to show how that ties into penis enlargement. The only way I think I can tie those two together is through the penis enlargement community and I don't think you will except that so I will try to find some doctor who believes in penis enlargement.

Ejaculation was the premise and beginning of the 7 days' periodic phenomenon. If there was no ejaculation, there was no periodical changes in serum testosterone level. These results indicate that the periodic change in serum testosterone level is caused by ejaculation.

I used to work my PC muscles in the past but gave it up. When I used them I felt more like ejaculating than staying longer (I know I am not the only one who experienced this problem).
Eventually a (very good) sex therapist could explained me why!

The PC is made of different muscle fibres. When you squeeze the front part of your muscle you successfully prevent the ejaculation, diffusing the sexual energy back into your body. If you squeeze the rear part of your PC (equivalent of squeezing your anus) you push your (ass +lower back) energy against the sex, stimulating the ejaculation. It's like going down a slope with a bicycle. If you use your front brake, you will flip and end up even quicker at the bottom of the hill, but if you use your rear brake you will successfully slow down your bike (except it's the opposite for PC muscles).
So when you train your PC, try to squeeze more the front part!

For some individuals, this may be a challenge to do.

To make it easier, employ the technique whereby the placing of your finger(s) onto the PC muscle allows the mind-muscle relationship, by touch stimulation, to effectively squeeze the PC muscle! It is easier this way, rather than thinking that you are exercising the PC muscle; or even if at all, you are in fact actually squeezing the PC muscle.

Doing it this way, at least in the beginning until it becomes easier to do, will make sure that you will exercise the PC muscle, and not some other muscle that you may think is the PC muscle!

I think its pretty difficult if not impossible to discriminate between anterrior and posterior contraction of the PC Muscle. You have to remember that the muscle is innervated by a set of nerves that trigger a whole contraction.

A stronger PC muscle has indisputable benefits. I have been on PH for just over 2 weeks and agree that erections get a boost! I'm only 23 and so did not have problems with erections anyway, but PC hypertrophy definitely helps. I would be interested in hearing of anyway in delaying ejaculation/orgasm by using the PC muscle since it seems physiologically impossible!

I'm not too up on the difference in content of the two liquids but as far as I know, this is rather common. For most people this depends on the level, and duration, of arousal. If you just go quickly jerk off in the bathroom you'll usually only see the whiter stuff. I think the clearer liquid is a buildup from the prostate gland but I'm not sure.

What you described sounds pretty much like my experience. The clear stuff is usually known as "pre-cum", and from what I remember, it's purpose is to "clean out" the tubes. Your urethra is used for urine and semen both (of course). Urine is bad for sperm, so the "pre-cum" cleans any residual urine out in preparation for the heavy stuff. It also serves a bit of a lubricating role.

That said, pre-cum CAN contain sperm, so it's not safe if you're trying to avoid pregnancy.

I'd like to figure out how to shoot further myself. Actually, I'm not sure that it's a "shooting" problem as much as "too healthy" sperm. My pre-cum shoots up to about my shoulder (if I'm on my back) but the white stuff is usually pretty thick, and kinda dribbles out and doesn't "shoot" at all.

I've heard Ebon say that thick = healthy, so maybe my sperm is just too healthy for shooting. I'll try lecithin and see if increased volume thins it out and lets it shoot more.

Unfortunately no, the only thing you can do is withhold ejaculation for a few days. A vasectomy only removes the sperm, not the seminole fluid. Sperm accounts for 1-2% of the volume and there is another 2% loss from cutting and cauterizing the vas defferens. Maybe a total of 5% loss overall. There is another site I used one member there proclaimed Clomid, a female sythetic estrogen is used by several porn stars to increase ejaculate. Some studies done confirm this. Several online sites offer prescription services and you can purchase it through them if you desire. BTW, I had the vasectomy in 1982, I had the reversal surgury in 1996 after I remarried, and paid for the reversal, Expensive and not covered by insurance. Clomid was prescribed to me to help with sperm production. I did see increased volume but the vasectomy reversal failed.

Interesting situation, to be sure. If you think it might be a PC problem, work on the flexes exercises on penis-health. They have helped me with better and more powerful flexes, hence shots go further than before.

However, if the pain continues, there is a chance of some inflammation. Then you need to check with a urologist and have it fixed. Simple inflammation may even be helped with ibuprophen, but more serious cases will require more serious medication.

You know your body better than the rest of us. I'd try the flex exercises unless the pain continues.

I notice the same thing with my ejaculation. The only difference is that I don't experience any pain during ejaculation. I'd say skip the ibuprophen and head to a urologist. Just because ibuprophen seems like a temporary fix on what could be a serious problem. I don't know about you but I sure as hell wouldn't want to "jimmy rig" anything on my dick.

I have found that not only having a strong PC muscle will help you to gain control of it, but also other things such as breathing and state of mind. I'm experiencing some ejaculation woes and I was hoping you guys could offer some advice. My "problem" so to speak, is that whenever I'm about to climax (either through masterbating or being with a woman) my pc muscle contracts heavily, the same sensation as when you cut off your urin flow in mid stream, and it prevents my sperm from shooting out like it's supposed to. Instead, my pc muscle contracts heavily for a second or two, and then my sperm kinda just oozes out while my pc muscle squeezes rhythmically for a few seconds.. For myself it all depends really. If i want to make myself come really fast when I masturbate that is not hard at all. I have more control when I am masturbating, because if I feel like I am close I can just let go, I don't have the second party moaning and panting telling me how good it feels :) . With working your PC muscle you will be able to last longer, not only that your recovery time will decline, so you will be able to shoot, and continue shortly after.

I have a prob with my endurance.

The theory, which is completely unproven, is that your should not have an ejaculation +/- 3 hours around PE. Many people completely ignore this concept and it doesn't seem to effect their results. To be on the safe side I try to follow the concept, but I don't always succeed. Logically I would think that the concept applies more to your girth work than your stretch routine. If you do a split routine and ejaculate before the stretch portion, and then do the girth work later in the day, I would say that you are being reasonably consistent with the concept.

Exercising the PC is one part of the formula, exercising the brain is another part. It takes time, it takes practice, it takes concentration and dedication. I think that obi-wan has a good suggestion here. Somehow thinking about sporting events or things you don't like when your in the middle of intercourse just seems counterproductive. Concentrating your brain on giving pleasure to your partner with something other than your dick. That will get easier with time. If you have problems stretching because of erection levels you should try doing your girth work, jelqs and so on, before stretching. When the tissues are partially fatigued you'll probably have a "harder" time getting erect and should get a few more stretches in before things get "out of hand".

I would try Ebon's suggestion first, doing the girth work before the stretch work might be all that you need. If it doesn't work then try a split routine. For example, do your girth work in the morning. In the evening, masturbate and then do your stretch work an hour or two later. I know the rule about ejaculation and PE, but it is not a proven fact, and if it is a factor, it is probably more related to girth work than stretch work. If you can wait two hours then it is kind of a moot point. Also, as Ebon said, this becomes less of a problem over time. Your brain begins to disconnect PE from the act of sex.

Practicing "holding in" (PC flex) actually makes you ejaculate sooner. Reverse kegeling is what you do to last longer (like you are trying to win a pissing competition). Eventually you'll learn that you are relaxing the muscle and it will all become obvious to you

Keep kegelling during the day to improve ur strength then when your having sex and u get the indication your reaching a dangerous state, slow down and do a series of long hard reverse kegels, then a few short kegels followed by a long hard flex. Yea I can pretty much control when I ejac and it was never like this before believe me. First thing is the mental side as the others have mentioned and its so important. Kegels are important for overall conditioning. When you get a stronger PC muscle you'll get better erections. The reverse kegel is just that, a reverse kegel. If you read sabian12's post closely he actually had a short explanation. It's what you do when you're trying to really piss hard. Try it the next time you're in the bathroom. I think it's common for your rooster to feel and look a little shrivelled after a good stretch routine however to my experience I never had a problem doing girth (erection) after stretching which includes trying to really fatigue my tunica. As for masterbating after all I have read on forums I'd say if you feel the need do indeed, it should not effect your gains. I know the rule is 3 hrs before or after and on one forum it is 7 hrs but alot of guys like the reward after a good session.

I would never ejaculate even 4 hours before or after PEing. I Prefer to not ejaculate on a workout day at all. also if you do it during PE a lot of your hormone levels will drop and it will be harder to keep an 80% erection for jelq and i think that would effect results.

Well ejaculating during a jelq session or any other exercise is definitely a no-no, especially if the exercise requires you to have an erection, because quite simply you'll lose your erection and won't be able to carry on. Many people practise a no masturbation for 3 hours before or 3 hours after rule, but it's really up to you. It hasn't been proven whether or not ejaculating within these time constraints will negatively affect your results. I would say if you are not sure, wait at least a couple of hours before you wank or have sex.

Just my personal approach, but I have always been very conservative with the testiclar exercises (this site calls them 'testicle treats'). Over YEARS of gradual progress in this area, I have achieved the results I wanted. What's your hurry? Why take a risk - especially in this area.

I've always imagined that if you go too far, too fast with the testicles, a number of undesirable things can happen/result. Best to take it slow, and gentle with them. Don't even risk over-doing it. In any way. Why risk infertility? It'd be kinda silly to have the most magnificent manhood the world has ever seen, but you shoot blanks because you didn't take into consideration how sensitive testicles & fertility are.

That's my take on it. Unless you've been diagnosed as terminal with <6 months to live - why not just take it easy on 'em? You've got time... ;)

I remember when I started doing PE - it was difficult to contain my orgasm. That's because your body & mind are conditioned/trained, so that when there is 'activity' of some kind, in that area, it always leads to orgasm (usually fairly soon).

The novice PE-er's biggest problems (being fully erect and having a hard time containing orgasm), are caused by that conditioning. You simply have to retrain your body and mind - which takes concentration, and time. I usually have an orgasm maybe, once every couple of weeks - at the most, when I'm heavy into my PE training. I've sometimes gone 3 or even 4 weeks. When it gets to the point where it's like I'm on 'roid rage, and start thinking about things I shouldn't be thinking about... I know it's time to go cum. ;)

...but you need to use that stuff. There is no substitute, in terms of achieving gains. When I was a 'journeyman' PE-er, every now and then I would get so close to orgasm during my workouts, but I thought I could contain it... however I couldn't. That was a 'disaster'. Instead of taking 1 step forward with that workout, I ended up taking 2 steps back. Very disappointing. But, eventually I got to the point where I could mentally control when I orgasmed - 100%. And at that point, the gains really accelerated.

The key to this whole thing is testosterone. And if you keep a big batch of it - right there on hand, yeah... that's good. And eventually, when you mature in the exercises, you will stop the whole premature ejaculation thing, en route to becoming a sexually-powerful REAL man.

Takes time, and effort. But you'll get what you want - if you want it bad enough.

I relieve my prostate periodically, frequently actually - but not too much at any one time. You have to really MASTER the thing they call 'edging', and you can keep your balls full, and your prostate healthy at the same time.

Eventually semenal fluid (from the prostate) is going to secrete. But when, and how much - is the key to the strategy.

I've long realized the key to this whole PE 'thing' -is having (well, not blue balls, but...) a thick, large supply of cum built up, that just wants out... but you have to control that impulse. There are a few things you could do to make your loads a little more explosive.

First off start working your PC muscle by doing some kegals, if your not sure what a kegal is do a forum search on it and there a plenty of threads relating to kegals.

Second if you really want Peter North loads you will have to take a volume pill as he does, that usually creates 500% more sperm.

Try massaging your balls regularly, stimulation may create more sperm.

Some good advice here. I just wanted to add what works for me...

After you've done what vanman suggested and held back a few times, get close to cumming again. Only this time, when you're good and ready to "let loose," let the sensation of cumming go a bit further than when holding back. In other words, still hold back a little bit at first, but then gradually give in.

As you give in and feel that cum is about to shoot out, just try to then hold it back again...flex/contract your PC muscle in order to do this. Try to hold it as much as you can...you won't be able to for long (once your PC muscle gets stronger this will be easier). Just let loose at that point.

If you've done it right, the love juice will not merely 'trickle' out---it will shoot out. In multiple bursts. I've shot cum clear over my head using this technique...seriously. It helps to have not ejaculated for a day or two beforehand, of course...the longer you wait, the better.

This takes a lot of patience and concentration, but once you master this, you'll notice a big difference. Stick with the PE too...especially the PC flexes. They will help immensely!

It does take a lot of practice and concentration. Oh...and it's not like I cum like this every single time. I've practiced it a lot with masturbation...which makes it easier to 'master,' but achieving this during intercourse is a bit trickier.

A lot depends on the type of stimulation being received by your unit. Getting a handjob? Good...it works well for that. If you're cumming inside a girl though, it's much trickier. Still very much doable though, I would imagine.

I think it's much better to practice this during masturbation only...at least to begin with. If you start tinkering with this method too early on and during intercourse, you may very well get all psyched out by performance anxiety or whatever and end up being disappointed. Master it by yourself first, then share it with others.

I have begun work with infra red light and i think it seems like a good thing to do the only problem is its awkward for me to do stretches because often i get quite erect th only way i can stretch is to finish myself off and then stretch. I am just worried that i will lose alot of gains by doing this.

As for the erect during stretching business---try to find something you can grip with that may be a little bit abrasive. For example, I've tried using unscented dryer sheets...they chafe more than toilet paper. If you grip and stretch hard enough (don't hurt yourself), you'll feel some slight pain...stop if there's too much. This should help deaden your erections. It will also help keep your grip from slipping, allowing for a stronger stretch.

This should help you to deal with the ejaculation within 3 hours of a workout problem.

If you still find ejaculating close to PEing to be a problem, my suggestion is this. I don't have scientific proof here, but from what I've read and from personal experience, the 3 hour rule applies primarily with regards to girthwork.

Your dick needs to stay somewhat engorged with blood even after the girthwork in order to promote growth---testosterone levels help to ensure that this will happen. If you've jacked off, your dick is saying "Well, I've gotten what I needed and business is taken care of." As a result, the blood leaves, and there remains little incentive for growth. I believe that you are most likely to achieve growth gains when your dick is just crying to ejaculate...you know, those times when you've not ejaculated in a while and it will harden at the slightest stimulation or arousal.
Of course, I'm almost positive that you will still gain if you do jack off near/during workouts...just a lot more slowly.

If you believe what I've just said, then I would save ejaculating until 3 hours+ after your girthwork. Preferrably only do this on the last workout day of your routine (i.e. right before an off day). This way it shouldn't interfere with girth gains quite as much. It's more ideal if you can just save it for off days, but that's pretty limiting for a lot of people.
I wouldn't worry so much about the effects that ejaculating has on stretch work.

Oh, and as for converting workout time into reps...
Each jelq stroke should take a good 2-3 seconds (even a little longer is ok). Figure on doing about 20 per minute at that rate. I just stick to sets of 20, and renew my erection between sets. It seems to work great.
Stretches---each direction of long schlong should last a good 20-30 seconds. Long schlong helis should each take about 30 or so seconds.
I'll let you do the math on this one.

Testosterone is important for reconstruction. That's why women stay smaller when body building compared to a man who does the same thing. When you ejaculate, your level of testosterone drops dramatically. Wich is why it isn't a good idea to ejaculate when your doing pe. I know that from my own experience having gone both ways, I've experienced better and faster results from restraining myself. You just don't get as good a workout when you ejaculate in my opinion. Why don't you just try it for a while , while ejaculating, and a while without ejaculating and let the results show you.

I think the cum would come out whether you try to hold it in for 10 seconds or for 10 minutes.

Judging from what you wrote in your description, you've already ejaculated.
The ejaculate cannot be completely forced back into where it came from---You may hold it off temporarily, but it will spurt out once you let go.

Maybe someone who has tried this can let us know for sure. Either way, I'm sure it's not a very productive thing to do, as it may cause you some discomfort, not to mention ruin your PE efforts (if you're doing it close to PEing).

If you're really curious just try it out for yourself---perhaps you already have? Any pain or discomfort, and I'd stay away from it myself.

I have been doing the workouts for 3 days now. It seems like things work judging by some of the results of the long time members, and I look forward to contributing in the future. I am just wondering if I should be scheduling my workout before or after ejaculating, and how much time before or after. My girlfriend is in Australia, so both workout time and ejaculation time are both in my hands (haha). Also, wondering if these goals are reasonable, and how mong it might take...

I need some advise/help. I've started the exercises and thought I started to have it under control. I tested it last week and it seemed that if I push (like when peeing, pushing hard) when I felt like I would cum, I wouldn't and thus have the control. Well, unfortunately, the last two times didn't work that way and I couldn't control it. Do I have the theory correct; I just need to have more time exercising, or?

What I assume that your talking about is PC exercises. The idea is to stop in the middle of urinating so that you can get a sense of your PC muscle, pushing is another way to exercise your PC. Do a search for PC Killer. You'll find a post that gives you a good workout routine for your PC.

I've only ever held off blowing my load by flexing the PC muscle (like when you stop in the middle of urinating).

The only time I use the "pushing" movement is when I cum...I combine this with intermittent flexes of the PC muscle; thus resulting in shooting multiple bursts across the room.
It literally took me years of experimenting with jacking off to really master this technique. :rolleyes:

I'd just concentrate on the regular PC flex. Give the exercises time to take effect. Developing a strong PC muscle requires regular use of the muscle, so just keep at it and you'll eventually start getting a handle on preventing ejaculation. It won't happen overnight.

It's called a wet dream, and it is perfectly normal if your not enjoying any sexual relief. If you ejaculate on a regular basis, wet dreams are not a necessary event for your body. don't worry about it it's just your body's way of taking care of itself.

But there is no point in finishing the workout after an ejaculation, if an ejaculation means "you'll see no results". It could be argued that you should definitely cease the workout, since you can't gain, and perhaps you could lose (injury). At the very least you'd be wasting your time...

I wouldn't say u see no results, i believe it effects pe because it causes more shrinkage after the workout.. Today while edging i acidently cummed a bit, not totally but enough to see nut drip out, i contiuned my workout and still hung fine afterwards..

Maybe some of the vets can answer this better than I, but as I understand it if you ejaculate it affects the pump you should have afterwards.
As you're jelqing all your hormones are kicking in which makes you larger.
When you ejaculate the refractory period kicks in and the hormones that enlarge are in effect neutralized or gone or whatever you want to call it.

Bottom line it's the hormones that will make you bigger.

I wouldnt do it straight after, most say leave it between 3-8 hours to be safe though some people say it doesn't effect you. Definately don't do it before girth work as you might find it harder to get it fully up so you would decrease the effectiveness abit. However i don't know the effect on stretching? so if someone could answer that i would like to know. As someone said its all about hormones and blood flow which all decrease abit after masturbation. This brings up an additional workout.... and a step towards control!! On a scale from 1-10 1 being not much and 10 being to far....Start out going to 7 and squeezing your pc as hard as possible untill the urge goes away...you build up a tolerance and control your ejaculation better than before. It's recommended not to ejaculate 3 hours before or after you PE, however most veterans/mods/admins seem to agree that it's not that important. The only real issue is that testosterone levels (supposedly) drop, but they get back to normal very soon anyway, so it doesn't matter.

Others have masturbated, whenever, and still managed to get good gains. It's basically a matter of luck and your personal body chemistry. My attitude is you can follow the +/- 3 hour rule and be on the safe side, or you can ignore it and see what happens, then adjust your strategy if need be.

when i started PE, late january, i had no problems holding my ejaculation during exercise....this past week i've been ejaculating during my jelq exercises...i never had this problem before

my routine consists of :
warmup (towelwrap)
lightstretches 5mins
long schlong 10mins
jelq & hold (with pc flexes) 10mins
light stretches 5 mins
warmdown

i only did PE 3 times this past week, so i dont think i'm over doing...all 3 times i ended up ejaculating
