I was wondering if the exercises (other than the warm up) need to be done in the order that the programs specify, or can you be random with them.
example:
warm up
basic stretch
power stetch
horizontal movment
jelq
double hand
warm up

The program is design to be workded in the order given for optimum success.
If you decide to alter your workout in the order of the exercises given, I'm almost sure that you will still receive gains.
Nevertheless, I personally recommend that you follow the program as designed, because it has been found by the experts of the Mens-Network PE and P-H programs to work best this way.
But alway feel free to do what is appropriate for you.
