Has anyone upgraded from Penis-Health-Lite - to the full version of Penis-Health?

What did you think of the upgrade, was it cost effective and did you get everything you expected?

More advanced exercises, videos with each exercise, lifetime membership, exercise routines, and in the next few months, we're upgrading the whole members area and adding 9 new exercises.

getting the videos seems a good idea, but first i would like to hear from those who upgraded their membership :rolleyes:

i have upgraded mu membership ,

i can say there is a huge diffrences , video clips tell you more than pics :)

now i have a clear idea about the pe and how to do it in the right way..

also there is a new section that i couldnt see in pe light( i think) , it is about the pe you must do when reached the wanted size in order to get ur gains permenants !! that was strange ,,, can someone explain that ?? it says ur gonna lose your gains if u stopped without going through ( stopping the programe) e !!

Also there is ( dating and seducation weekly ) section where u go through many posted problems by guys ( to be honest didnt find it useful)

all in all, getting the videos was enough for me :)
