View Full Version : Im a beginner please help me

Hi I am really new to all of this and am having some trouble where to start. I am 18 years old have a length barely over 6 inches and a girth of 4.75. I can never seem to give a girl an orgasm thru intercoarse. I have been reading up especially at this site and regular exercise and pills seem to be the way to go. The problem is I am kind of shy and dont really have a way to pay for a site like penishealth.com without someone knowing or which pills to order or a discreet way to do so. I am looking for a way to get a free sign up at a site like that or a way to find good cheap pills on something like ebay or whatnot. Its not like I can go out and spend all this money on stuff like most people as my funds are very limited so exercise will probably be my primary goal. I need a vet to take me under their wing and get me started with some sort of work out regiment and what pills to take. I may just be posting here until I can get into penishealth.com for free and then buy some pills on ebay whichever someone recommends I should take. I have never done enlargement exercise and this all seems like alot of info and I am not sure where to start. I have an aim screename theproject6969 or even posts here would help to get me started. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Step 1. Need to learn some exercises and get on a regiment.
Step 2. Looking into ordering some pills but not sure which to start with.

P.S, just wondering on another note, how long does the penis grow naturally without exercise to it etc. I am 18, will growth continue? Still would like to get started on a regiment reguardless.

Use the forum search to read about some of the beginner exercises, mainly long schlongs and jelqs. Spend about 10-15 minutes on stretching and start with about 150 jelqs, 3 seconds each, working your way up by 25 a week until you hit about 250-300. Just keeping this routine should get you some results. There is plenty of info here to also learn about more exercises as you will eventually want to change your routine up. Don't even worry about pills, just get dedicated to the exercise routine first.

Hmm as far as i know...as soon as you hit the puberty wall...thats when your penis stops growing.

As for pills and excersizes the above was said pretty well..the other..pills...i dont know if you should be doing pills at age 18 your blood flow naturally is probably sufficient. All pill do is redirect a little blood. Which in turn could actually mess up a younger body such as yourself...Such as setting off all sorts of hormonally aquated issues, light headedness... and since the pills send blood to the lower regions you might even experiance some constipation.

But yeah...each person is there own. So with that said

I believe the pro solution pills are ok for their price...
there is also a natural herb supplement you can take...do a search in the forums for that.
You can also look into Kong Penis Enlargement Sights.

Also as an ending note, Most ALL of these sites that sell pills offer a decent side company name they place on the package. Your package WONT show up in a box with all manner of penis' and the name of the company on it...usually its in a brown box or manilla envelope (which could be shaken to hear the pills) and as for billing...itll state something like servicecon.tex. or some other gibberish that can be played off as a ebay cusotomer or perhaps your can say you are going to take a supplement for working out and getting big....they just dont have to know its your penis your trying to work out and get big...

Alright thanks for the advice I was not sure of pills were safe for someone at my age. So you guys are saying I should just practice these few basic exercises listed here for now? I still have a few questions like how long should I do these basic exercises before I move on to other exercises, when will I see results? Sorry this sounds dumb but thanks for your patience.

I have only been doing the exercises for about six weeks. I probably spend about thirty minutes on them start to finish, four times a week or so. I have already seen some gains, although real gains may take many months or even years to achieve. The key is to stick to a plan for a long period of time.

Hey guy I know that I responded to another thread of yours. Look at the newbie section for Falcons post on beginner's exercises. If you wnat something more structured then join Penis Health. If you don't want that then keep reading this forum and use your brain as far as a beginner routine. It's not that hard, you just need to put in a little effort.

Power stretch, each of three directions (down, left, right) for five reps of 20 seconds each. Basically a LS stretch but I sqeeze the PC for the last five seconds.

150-200 regular jelqs. 3 seconds each.

At the end I spend a few minutes doing advanced girth stuff, like a couple Supra Slammers or Ferrari Mega Pumps, just to really get the pump going before I warm down.

Thx for the help guys, one last question, Ive heard from numerous people about the length of warm up times ranging from 3 minutes all the way to 20, how long do you guys suggest warm up and cool down, if closer to 20, do you just keep re wetting the towel? Thx for help with my newbie questions :) Anyways here is what I plan to start out doing tell me what you guys think and if I need to add anything or make any adjustments.
1. Warm Up
2. Power stretch (straight left right) 5 reps 20 seconds
3. Jelqs 150-200 3 seconds each
4. ? Thinking I should add one more thing for length....
5. Warm down

Add up and down to your power stretch, use all five directions. 3 minutes of warmup is fine. That's what I have always done.

Thanks for the help I have gotten started and seem to be off to a good start so far. I know there are already posts about all this but how often do you guys think I should be doing this, when do I increase? When Jelqing I seem to lose hardness and dry jelqing makes the penis sore when doing it what do you guys reccommend, thanks for all the help by the way.

Do 3 on 1 off and 2 on 1 off. Forget the dry jelqs and stick with wet jelqs until your a little more experienced and comfortable with everything. I like the dry better, but I didn't switch from the wets until about the 6 month point. I had absolutely no problems when I made the switch to dry jelqs, so maybe you just need a little more experience, conditioning.

Im new to this but I learn pretty quick. If you want to add another length exercise to your workout you should add the pressure schlong with a slight variation. Instead of just using your thumb, use your thumb and index finger. Place your thumb on your index finger in a postion like you're passing a piece of paper to someone and hold them tight when you do your reps. The ligament in your penis will sit inbetween your fingers and will help prevent them from slipping off which will happen if you just use your thumb while using alot of pressure. It happened a few times to me and it was a lil painful so I came up with this variation. I use just a drop of lotion for less pain, and make sure not to get it on your hold hand, or else you lose grip! Also when you jelp you should use lube or lotion to start. There is less pain indeed. I wouldnt even consider a dry jelq! And you'll have to keep fluffing yourself over and over until you're finished. Keeping the blood in there is essential for any gains.

1. 3 minute warm up
2. PC Excercise 50-100 times
3. Jelqing 100 times 3 second reps
4. Long schlong up left right straight out 20 seconds each
5. Warm down
I have been doing 2 days on then 1 day off, what do you guys think? Thx for the input.
