Question for Artist--I have been doing PC exercises for over 3 weeks--my workout is 2 sessions a day--my workout is as follows:5 secs (holding) reps-20 times, 1 minute reps--2 times, 2 sec. reps--50 times, and I finish with 30 quick as possible reps. Occcasionaly I have noticed that my anus hurts a bit, and I seem to have more gas--is this normal? Also, as with other muscles , doesn't it make sense to have rest days so can rebuild muscle instead of doing every day?

Hello safety first:

Any exercise when done in moderation is good. As I posted before, here is the first two beginning exercises. If you are feeling sore you might be overdoing it. You can work out everyday, you do not need to wait to recover as you would in PE exercises.

Exercise one:

Three times a day, flex the PC twenty time. Hold it for one or two seconds each time, then release. That's it. Twenty squeezes, three times a day. I know it sounds simple, but words cannot express how important this exercise is.

Breathe normally during this exercise. Like any other muscle-building exercise, proper breathing is always important. You don't want to hold your breath.

Three times a day, every day, for three weeks.

Do not jump ahead, which everyone seems to want to do.

These exercises are easy and can be done anywhere - in the car, at the beach, or while sitting at your desk. Standing in line at the bank, on a bus etc. Many men say that half the fun of prepping is being able to do it in broad dayling in front of city hall with no fear of being arrested.

You are doing PC exercises to control your penis. NOT to get an erection. In fact, you will decrease your erection if you continue with PC exercises.

I do not know of any scientific basis for enlarging your penis using PC exercises.

I payed a lot of money & took a course from a Dr. and have the Manual and now can control my penis. Nowhere in the course did we discuss that it would enlarge my penis.

I joined penis-health to enlarge my penis, which I am happy to say has a good program and I have enlarged my penis by almost 2 inches. I did not use my PC muscle once to achieve my gains.

Doing PC exercises is very good to do and is all natural and you
can't really hurt yourself like you can with PE exercises.

Anyway, continue and I will answer future questions.

Artist the OC muscle as been proven when exercises properly to increase base girth by up to 0.5 inch , i will post the article.

I was curious about your comment that you will decrease your erection if you continue with pc exercises.? Also, is it possible for you to give the name and phone number of the doctor that helped you.

Artist--have done what you suggested--what should be my routine now that i have mastered the 20 times a sessios--3 sessions--actually do a bit more squeezes--you mentioned you would get back with more advanced Pc's--thanks again for your help--urologist don't seem to have a clue about any of this stuff--regards.

I believe the next level of PC exercises in his routine consists of slowly squeezing your PC for 5 seconds, followed by squeezing your PC as hard as you can for the next 5 seconds, then the next 5 seconds, slowly release your PC muscle. In all, an exercise that takes 15 seconds from beginning to end.

Do a search of PC, and you will find it, I'm sure.

This is a great PC exercise, by the way! :)
