I signed up about 3 weeks ago and have already seen some gains! The program says at the most 6 days per week but doing the math of exercising for 2 days, 1 day off...well there isnt enough days in a week :)

#1. i don't think swords involves femals, as i think it is when two guys cross pissing streams and try to overpower the other's stream... (if people think differently, lemme know). unless you want to pull an R-kelly, i don't hink that's gonna be happening.lol
#2. As i have been PEing for a couple weeks, my PC is probably stronger, thus i would probably win..

You should refer to the Penis-Health.com member's area for a list and description of stretches. Next time, please start a new post instead of posting off-topic questions in the wrong threads.
