The program is designed to build your workout sessions from warm-up to warm-down.

It is of my opinion that you would benefit more from your PE program if you performed all your exercises in one workout session rather than splitting it up into two sessions.

However, if this is a problem for you due to lack of time in your day, than you can attempt to make the program as flexible as you would like it to be.

JUST ONE SPECIAL NOTE: Always use a wake-up cloth warm-up and warm-down with each and every session.

And you would be wise to make note of your gains over the course of one month. If you are not getting any gains or are not satisfied with the gains you desire, it would probably be in your best interest to do the PE program in ONE workout instead of TWO per day.

What I'm saying is: Do a complete workout in one session instead of splitting your workout into two sessions. This is always recommended.

You can split some aspects of the workout up, for example the PC muscle exercise can be done in the morning driving to work and you could do say 15 minutes of jelq in the shower....
