hey guys,
well, here is my situation and hope someone can help. i finally got back to PE this week and some how i was able to hit 300 jelqs til i got tired but that's only jelqs. I work 3-4 days a week shift. If you don't know what that is its working 12hrs a day for 3 days rotating one day every other week for the 4th. i wake up early AM just to do the PE but i only have about 50 mins to work on it. Doing the warm up and jelq takes about 20-25min so i'm down to 30-35min to do stretches but problem with that is i can't be flasccid cuz of morning wood then i just hit the showers for about 15 mins. here is the routine i started off with on the days i'm not working in the week.
6 reps @ 20 sec. in each of the five directions, total time
15 reps @30 sec.(10 straight out, 10 up, 10 around)
10 reps @30 sec. downward stretch
5 min. should equal 100 reps. Add 25 reps per week until you reach 300 reps.
and do ulis when ever i can.
this routine takes about an hour around there cuz either i get too hard or gotta get harder for doing the jelqs
I got this from turtle after reading someone elses beginners routine. it's pretty intensing but takes too long for me as well. and i not sure its good to do intensing one day and little intensing the other. Cuz that's like trying to advance then at the same time i'm not cuz i'm lowering my intensity... get it? :sm35
also I do them in the morning so i wake up with a morning wood and i have to clam it down first then i do the exercise. I cant do flaccid exercises cuz its gets really sensitive and just gets hard. So i do jelqs. I was wondering if anyone knew how i can do length and girth when its hard? for good atleast 40mins. thanks a lot
