How's it hangin' boys? so, I've gotten bored of these particular length exercises: the standard long schlong, long schlong heli and the pressured schlong. I've experienced gaing utilizing these excercises but i want to "freshen up" my existing routine. do you guys have any excercise suggestions. Here's my routine:
wake up cloth (3mins), the long schlong/long schlong heli(5mins), the jelg(5mins), pressured shlong(5mins), jelg & hold(6mins), Ferrari mega(5reps), pump ferrari head(5reps), PC flexes(4mins) and wake up cloth(2mins)

basically this is what u do.. Firstly this isn't for the beginner, so if ur new keep like pe goin till u condition your dick... GEt a hundred percent erection, do so light jelging to move the most blood u can to your head, now kegel kegel kegel a few times, than grab your dick at the base holding the blood in kegel somemore while holding, now with a small ok grip starting at the tip of the dick "while still holding at the base" slid it over your head pushing the blood from your head into the shaft, u will feel a huge pump in the shaft. U can do it with lotion with this way, if not than instead of sliding your ok grip down the head, just squeeeze the head forcing blood out...
