I have been doing the 25 minute beginner workout for one week. At the end of the last session, I noticed that a hard elongated bump appeared about 1/2" below the head of my penis. The bump is about 1" long and 1/4" high. When flaccid, the bump disappears, but with some extra blood flow it is quite pronounced. Though it is hard to the touch, the is no pain or discomfort associated with it. Has anyone had a similar experience?

I have had a similar experience. And you are not alone. At best you are doing the exercises correctly, but you might want to go easy on yourself for a bit until you develop more even gains. You DO NOT want to do too much too soon. Remember, you are dealing with a sensitive part of your body and the last thing you want are damaged goods.

You will find postings of others whom have experienced the same as you as you travel throughout the Mens-Network Forum. So kick back, relax and take your time as you explore your way around.

Does anyone else have any good advice for our friend?

I've had similar experiences. When I've started this sort of thing in the past, I went all-out...talking 1-hour long jelqing sessions. The loose skin beneath my head would swell up like crazy. Once it was even swollen for days and hurt like Hell.

So this time I'm taking it easy with 30-minute overall workouts. While I don't experience the immense "hung"-ness that came with previous hard workouts, my penis isn't taking all that damage, either. And really, what's the hurry.

Thanks for your feedback and support. Things are getting back to normal quickly; I hope to be back to the workouts within the next week or so. I will definitely take a little more deliberate approach this time! Looking forward to the new and improved me!
