I have some questions...how much pressure with my hand should be applied? I recently obtained some red dots on the head of my penis - probably blood from pressing to hard. Why would this not be okay? I read in another thread that this was not healthy, but isn't the purpose of these excersices to try and stretch and expand your penis? I would think that the more pressure you apply the better...please correct me if I am wrong. Also, is it okay to do your routine more than one time a day? Oh and one more thing - just like working out in the gym, should you take day breaks from these excersices and if so, what would be the day to break ratio? I would really appreciate it if you answered these questions ASAP as I am going to see my girlfriend in about a month and would love to see her face if my penis was just that much larger. Also, I just started using this program yesterday. THANKS!!!
