I am just looking to see what you guys think of my girth routine, maybe if its not enough or something.
Here it is:
300-400 jelgs
8 supra slammers
8 "K.I.S.S." (Holding for 20 seconds)
6 double jelg and hold (Holding for ten seconds)
4-6 Ferrari Head squeezes

Drop the KISS and replace it with Squashes and replace the jelq and hold with 3-stage traps.

Actually that 3-stage trap idea is good, I will mix that in with my jelqs to give more of a pump.

Of course, what matter most is if the routine gives you gains. In my experience, the best results are obtained when a trainee uses one (maybe 2 at the most) exercise for a specific function (i.e.- girth work) and focuses on intensity over volume. That sounds like a lot of work that you're doing, and it's doubtful that such a lengthy routine can be performed intensely without negative results.

Well you'd be surprised. I haven't had any problems at all. I started out small and just worked my way up over time. No thrumbose vein or whatever that is called, no pain or anything, I have never had to stop my workout for any period(except for something unrelated to PE). So altho for the most part I believe your statement, but at the same time everyone is different and I have been able to handle it with time.

Sounds like a good routine neoplus, I think I might adopt that with the recommended variations.
I dont see your stats, from you start till now, what kind of gains have you had?
Can someone explain the squash for me, not in the forum...?

That changes things. You can definitely adapt to that kind of workout, but as you say, you had to work your way up over time. I was under the assumption that you were just starting out.

OH NO NO! I am desperate for gains, but not stupid! Yea i definitly had to build up to that, so anyone out there, DONT START OUT DOING A TON OF STUFF. I started out just doing jelqs and some ulis and stuff and over time was able to add another exercise and so on. It took me about 5-6 months to build up to this. So yea, no one should start out too intense.

believe there when u jelg a bit to get blood to the head or jerk it off. Than when fully hard grab at the base kegel, than with the palm of your hand squash the head down hence teh word "squash" i maybe wrong though... I used to do a certain number of jelgs, but than switched to 10 minutes but with a minimum of a 3 second jelg, seems to work better and take less time...

I'm only guessing but i think 'squashes' maybe the same as 'pan-rolls'. Basically you squash your penis creating pressure.. and therefore expanding the CorpusC and stretching the tunica.
I do pan-rolls while clamped at the end of a workout.
I get pumped-up then clamp the base...
I find a flat surface near to waist height and lay a towel on it..
I place my Johnson on the surface then push down on the shaft with the heal of my hand..
You should feel real pressure!
I then 'roll' my Johnson (like a rolling pin) over to one side keeping the pressure down (abit tricky at first!) I then roll the opposite way...
All that in about 30s.
Try variations like both hands pressuring, pressuring the head etc...
But BE CAREFUL you need to be experienced in girth work and theres alot of pressure.
Starting size:
BPEL: 6.6
EG: 4.9
Current size:
BPEL: 7.4
EG: 5.2 (mid-shaft) 6.0 (base)
FL: 5.4
FG: 4.4
Goals:
BPEL: 8.5
EG: 6.0 (mid-shaft)
FL: 6.5
FG: 5.0

Squashes are variations of the pan rolls. Here's how I do them, it's similar to gimmegirth though:
Step 1: Get 100% erect and trap at the base
Step 2: put your dick on a hard surface that's level with your waist.
Step 3: Take the palm of your hand and press as hard as you can on the top part of your penis and hold that press for 30 secs.
Step 4: You'll most likely loose your erection a bit so just pump it right up again and repeat the above steps for the middle of your shaft and the base.
The idea is maximum expansion. Stretching to new limits. It should give results in both lenght and girth. Since it stretches the tunica and the chambers.

How many reps? Just once at the top, once at the middle, once at the base, each 30sec, and thats it?

Ok so now here is my routine
350 Jelqs
10 supra slammers
10 head squeezes
and now I am looking for a third exercises to add to that to top it off. I was thinking abotu those squashes, but I dunno if I wanna do them cuz wont those just flatten my penis out?

Wohoo, how many reps do you do? Like how many times at the top, middle, and then the base? I think actually i may start doing those because I was just sitting around and i tried one and it seemed like it would give quick and very good gains ontop of the intense girth routine I already have.
