I signed up on december 24, i was 5 1/2 in length and 4 1/2 girth but now i'm 6 1/2 and 5 girth.I use vig-rx to increase blood flow for faster results.
My workout is
10min warmup
10min Long Shlong
10min Pressured Shlong
20-30min basic jelq
10min warmup
pc exercises throughout the day
i do 3on1off, 3on1off 3on2off,
For those of you who think this program doesnt work, it does u have to believe it does to get results.. Being negative gets you nowhere..

After work I do my exercises in the shower. I start out with a warmup by showing myself to the shower head, which I do for 1 minute. Then, I do The Long Shlong for about 5 minutes...afterwards I do the Jelq for another 5 minutes. My third routine is just a Horizontal Movement for 3 minutes. The rest of the day I just do PC exercises whenever it comes across my mind. I was 6.5 inches when I began in length and now I am close to 7 inches. I have been doing this for about a month now. I do 3 days on 1 day off routine and it works well. I find this program one of the best kept secrets out there. If it wasn't for my curiousity I might have never found out about this...it was a risk well worth taking. Thanks.

here is a real thread for the comp....
1. very important is to make sure you warm up.
2. pc flexes throughout the day are a good idea it helps maintain an erection i had erections problems b4 but now they are getting better.
3. workout 20-40min do not kill yourself on your workouts. dont overtrain some people do that that is why they see no results. always take days off. its like when u lift weights u can bench heavy everyday it wouldnt work got me?
4. dont give up it takes times.
5. good worout is warm up stretch 12min. 200-300 reps of jelg. the ferrari trio 10 reps of each. workout doesnt take that long once u get use to it trst me and i got thicker using it my workout is only 25min i would say. still working on length but i got abou a fourth in thicker about a half in just a couple of weeks.
6. eat there foods apples...makes your semen taste sweeter real fact. oatmeal anything with oats is good for your penis. chicken..release testimone in your blood stream helps erections a lot..everynight b4 u go to sleep drink a tall glass of water really helps with sex stamina and erections also a proven facts and works for me.
7.keep masturbation down its hard to but i try lol.
someone posted this else where but if u workout in all flaccid state you get betetr results i just tried that and im on it it has been keeping my penis staying thick and longer this past week and a half. i swtched my routines i do two days on and one off. its best if u are going to work out the same part but do it with a different exercise. just like when u curl u do it one way one day and the next time you want to do it another. this helps technique and results and trust my penis has gotte a lot stronger.

PROGRAM FOR HARDGAINERS
(what’s working for me)
Hey guys,
Here is an outline of what is working for me:
I joined Penis Health in December 5, 2002 but I didn’t start the program for about a week or so after. I read through the program and allot of the other information on the site first. I printed off the workout log books to use and track my exercises. I was a little cautious at first mainly because I didn’t want to hurt myself so I started with the (beginner workout 7-10 mins) followed the schedule exactly checking off each day as I went. I did that workout for two weeks and then switched to (beginner workout 20-25 mins) and repeated it the same as the first for two weeks. I was also taking Invigorex pills at the same time. I hadn’t seen any gains yet but it was feeling stronger. At the time I wasn’t sure just how hard I should be putting pressure on myself when doing the exercises but I was keeping it about a five to a seven on a scale of ten for discomfort.
At this point I sent in for my free consultation, my main goal was for more length but girth as well and this is the workout I received:
The wake up cloth 3 minute
The Long Shlong 5 minute
The Jelq 5 minute
Pressured Long Shlong 5 minute
Jelq and hold 6 minute
PC Weighted 4 minute
The wake up cloth 2 minute
While I was waiting for the free consultation I went on to the next workout on the next schedule (beginner workout 35-40 mins). I was using that routine for about a week and then I received the consultation. I used this for about a week but didn’t really care for it and didn’t feel it was working as well as it should have as I was starting to see a difference in flaccid state. I decided to go back to the beginner workout 35 to 40 mins but I combined the two and am now using it like this:
The wake up cloth 3 min
The Long Shlong Heli 8 min
The Jelq and hold 10 min
The power stretch 6 min
Horizontal movement 5 min
PC Weighted 3 min
The wake up cloth 3 min (I am still doing PC flex’s)
For hard gainers we need to be doing more intense workouts then the average person to get the gains we want but you need to ease into them like I did. I work out allot and I looked at it in a similar manner. If I’m just starting a workout in a gym I would start by doing light weights and good form until your muscles and tendons get used to the extra strain. I looked at the Penis Exercises the same way although anatomically the two body parts are completely different. Your penis needs to get used to the stretching and pulling so take your time and ease into it. I haven’t been at it as long as some of you guys and haven’t seen the gains that some of you have but in the seven weeks I considered the first two to three weeks as getting in shape for the program. When I started the more intense workouts, I had gained ½ an inch in length within the first two weeks. I still haven’t seen allot of girth gains yet but I know its coming.
My workouts are 3 days on and one off and then two days on and one off. I will do these for about five to six weeks and then I will take four or five days off to rest my partner and then get back at it again. I’ll make sure I keep everyone posted on what’s going on and how my gains are going.
The biggest thing I’ve had to learn is patience

Anyways, I started doing PE three weeks ago and finally decided to register onto the program after perusing the Forum for about said amount of time as well. I must say, it is very informative and educational too, with members offering their ideas and tips to help out others! Well, I am happy to report that after three weeks of doing PE that I have made gains in length and a little in girth, too! Upon reading that there is a contest for Pro Solution Pills, I figured that I would share my tips and routine and maybe somebody might find a bit of it useful for them, and hopefully win!
1. The first and probably one of the most important steps is the Warm Up. I use a facecloth (or a handtowel) and run it under hot water and wrap my bud 'n balls for 1 Minute. Then, I reheat the cloth and heat 'em up again. I do it 5-6 times, enough so that I'm loose and the blood is flowing.
2. Stretching. Next, I do a series of stretches.
a) The first one that I do is I sit down and grab a kleenex and wrap it behind the head. I grab with an reverse OK grip (thumb/finger towards base) and stretch down for 10 Minutes, getting a good, hard pull. Now, my hand will ache after a few minutes, so I will switch hands, using the same grip. But here's a tip. Before resuming the stretch with your other hand, I Warm UP for 1 Minute, then continue. I feel I get a really good stretch! And I keep at it until 10 minutes is up!
b) Since I don't get a really good stretch doing the regular Length Exercises, (that I feel personally anyhows, but everybody's different) I stand up and raise a leg onto the counter. I reach behind and under my leg and grab my bud and stretch him. I get a better stretch doing it this way. I do this stretch for 5 Minutes, not letting up. Then I switch legs, (lift the other leg), but before I stretch my bud for another 5 Minutes, I Warm Up again for 1 Minute. Also, at the last 15 seconds of the stretch before the 5 Minutes are up, I do the Power Stretch, flexing my PC for 20 seconds. So, for a total of 20 Minutes of Stretching!
3. Jelquing. For Jelquing, I do it for 30 Minutes (or approx. 450 Jelqs). Each Jelq is about 2-4 seconds from start to finish. Here's another tip! Instead of using the regular OK grip I use an overhand OK grip (pinky towards the head) because I find that I can grip closer to the bottom of my bud than using the regular grip since the three fingers get in the way of grabbing the base close. On the pressure scale, I go at about an 8 out of 10, and I can really feel the blood being pushed into the head, with nowhere for it to go. Feels good. But every once in awhile, I switch back to the regular OK grip just to shock my bud from being handled in a different way. Also, here's another tip when you Jelq. Just before gripping at the bottom of your bud, squeeze your PC to get some extra blood into it and then do your Jelq. This way, you do two exercises, and also get more blood in your bud to really expand yourself.
4. Girth. As for girth, I do the Ferrari Trios. These are wicked!
I do Girth exercises for 5 Minutes!
5. Testicle Treats. While I am still lubed up I do Testicle Treats for about 5 Minutes. Can't leave my balls out y'know!
6. Warm Up (or Down) To finish off I hop into the shower and cool my bud 'n balls down with a shower that is as hot as I (or them) can tolerate!
Later on in the evening I do the two foreskin restoration exercises, each for about 20 reps!
And this is my routine! My schedule is 3 on 1 off, 3 on 2 off, because this is (at least to me anyways) a really beat-my-bud-to-death program. But it is working, so...why tinker with it?
Here are some more useful tips, I hope:
1. After showering and drying off, I apply some Vitamin-E
to my bud to soothe and repair those stretched skin from
the vigourous exercises.
2. I also take L-Argine pills.
3. Always listen to what your bud is telling you...if your floggin
him too much, ease off. Pain is something to be avoided if
possible!
4. Don't overstretch your bud, you want a good hard stretch,
but not where you pull a ligament and cause it to retract
and possibly form scar tissue, thus maybe leading to
Peyronie Disease. Be smart and safe, you only got one!

Ok, I have been doing exercises for around a month and have seen some great gains.
For my workout, I do one day on and one day off. By working in a day on day off fashion, I believe that my penis is able to heal faster. Specifically, I work out really hard one day, and the next day my cock has time to grow immediately.
For my workout, I have revised some of the exercises to make them more effective:
Warm-up: For warm-up, I think a great idea is to take a container, fill it with water, and dip your dick and balls into the bath. I find this to be very comfortable and extremely effective.
Stretching: I have found that the sit-down stretch is the most effective by far. In addition to the sit down stretch, I perform a stretch that is like a revised long shlong. My stretch is like a standing sit-down stretch, so it helps with flaccid and erect gains, which is awesome. To begin, find some sort of stand and place your right leg on top of it, so that it is elevated. Then, reach behind your body and pull your dick towards your left leg. This will feel like an intense stretch, BECAUSE IT IS!!!!!!! Do this for around five minutes with the right leg elevated, and then elevate the left leg and perform the stretch for five minutes.
Jelqing: For jelqing, I find that the normal jelq is extremely effective. However, I have designed some techniques that combine stretching and jelqing. First of all, remember to perform this exercise while you are on your knees. By remaining on your knees, the blood in your body will all flow to your midsection, where your penis is located. To perform the exercise, do a regular jelq, but instead of pulling straight, pull as far to the left as you can, and then pull to the right as hard as you can. By doing this, you are expanding your blood chambers and stretching your penis. This is an awesome and extremely effective exercise, but it is very intense, so be careful.
Now that I have told you some background information, here is my routine:
First, I do the warm-up defined above. While warming-up, I perform as many kegels as possible. Thus, I am able to combine warm-up and kegels, and help to shorten my workout. Do this warm-up for a minimum of two and a half minutes.
Second, I perform the stretch exercise defined above. As an added bonus, while stretching the penis, I flex the pc muscle and hold it. I believe that this helps with flaccid girth, because it has really helped me.
Third, I perform a normal jelq for ten minutes.
Fourth, I move into the jelqing exercise defined above for an addition ten minutes. As another hint, I would recommend that you do extremely slow jelqing reps. As a way to enhance your jelqs, I would also recommend that you flex your pc muscle before performing the jelq rep, as this helps to pump more blood into the penis, thus enhancing the jelq!
Fifth, I perform my a variation of the horizontal movement exercise to increase my flaccid girth. I perform this for around five minutes Ok, so what you do is you hold the base of your penis with your left hand. With your right hand, perform the jelqing movement. When your right hand reaches the head of your penis, release your left hand. After releasing your left hand, proceed to perform five pc flexes, and then squeeze with your left hand and repeat the exercise.
Lastly, I put more hot water in the container, and perform the warm-up exercise again.
****Important notes*******
1) ALWAYS DO THE WARM-UPS AND KEGELS, THEY ARE VERY IMPORTANT!!!!!!
When I started the program, I always wanted to know what you should feel like after performing the exercises, as this helps to ensure that you are performing them correctly. So, I am going to provide that information here for all of you:
1) Your penis should feel heavier, thicker, longer, and the veins should be more pronounced.
2) The bottom of your penis will feel a little sore from the stretching exercises, but this is good, very good.
3) You may see some red dots on you penis, but these are a result of the increased blood flow and are nothing to worry about.
***As another note, I would strongly suggest using the ProSolution Pills. THEY ARE AWESOME!!!! I have looked around the web and there are many independent sites that have rated the pills as number one. I also have friends that have used the pills and doubled or even tripled their growth rate, by combining the pills with the above exercise program. Hopefully, I will get a chance to use the pills now as well :). Anyways, if you want to accelerate your growth, get some ProSolution Pills as soon as possible!!!!!

Hi
I have Been a member of penis-health for about 5 months now. Prior to Penis-health I was a member of 3 other pay sites. First I was a member to: www.increasemypenis.com It pretty much focused on stretching and jelqing. There were no pictures or moves to help demonstrate the exercises. And there support really sucked so I gave up on them. That is when I found out about penis enlargement pills. I ordered 4 months of vig-rx thinking they would increase the size of my penis by there selves. They had a special promotion going on at the time where if you ordered there pills you would get a free 6 month membership to www.penilefitness.com They said you didn’t have to use the exercises to see gains the pills would do it on there own. After 3 months of taking the pills and no gains I gave up on them. I had wasted $200.00 for nothing. Now I was starting to get really frustrated and thinking that penis enlargement was just a scam. Then I came across the Third site www.penishealth.com I bought this one thinking it was www.penis-health.com and boy was I in for a surprise. When they finally sent me my user name and password it was nothing like I expected. It was no different then the other two. Finally My Last And Final Site Penis-health. After making the mistake of ordering the wrong program I had finally got the program I had wanted. Now the really journey begins.
This is where it all started. After a week of just looking over the forms and all the different exercises It was time to pick a Routine. I started out with a pretty basic Routine. I did this routine for about a month. I gained about 1/8 of an inch in length that month. Already I was feeling good about my self know that I was finally getting some where and not just wasting my money.

After that month I decided to step it up a notch. So I bought a power-jelq device hoping that it would better the gains. This making me have to change my routine. New Routine:
Warm Up 5 minutes
Stand in shower and let water run directly on it.
Power-jelq 15 minutes (each rep 2-3 sec.)
Seated Stretch 10 minutes (Two 5 minute seated stretches)
Seating on the edge of a chair dick hang down freely to the floor. While completely flaccid take hold of your penis and stretch it directly down to the floor
Cool Down 5 minutes
Same as worm up.
3 Days On 1 Day Off
I didn’t last long with this Routine. I found it hard to keep a partial erection while using the Power-Jelq so I gave up on that Routine. So I went to another Routine almost like the one above but I traded the Power-Jelq with manual jelqing. And I have been on that Routine tell about a week and a half ago. I gained 5/8 of an inch in length off of that Routine. My new Routine:
Warm Up 5 minutes
Power-Jelq 10 minutes (10 sec. per rep)
Manual Jelq 15 minutes (4-5 sec. per rep)
Warm up 5 minutes (I think this extra warm up really helps get the ligaments warmed up for stretching)
Seated Stretch 15 minutes (3 5minutes sets)
Cool Down 5 minutes
2 Days On 1 Day off
I will have to keep you all up dated on how things go from here.

befor starting this program my penis measures 4.9" in length and 4.5" in girth now it is 6"in length and 5.1 in girth , iam not using any pills actually i cant buy the enlargement pills because of i dont have a credit card and the pills are very costly too.i joined the penis health .com by sending the indian currency on mail
it is slightly costly to me but it is worked for me befor i was done some free stuff from a site but it is not worked for me ,but penis health .com having some good exercices that worked for me

get ur penis a lil chubby not hard real soft and chubby like u just lost an erection. hold the base, with the other hand hold right over that hand. then with the hand on the base let go and hold over the other hand. keep repeating until one hand is right underneath the head. once under the head, the head should be filled with blood. hold it as long as u want i do 10min im gettin my mushroom. your hand may get tired so i repeat my steps but i start the opposite way so my other hand can hold good luck!!!

Does size matter?
Right now I am in a relationship with this girl that I plan on marrying in the next few years. I have discussed this issue with her several time over the time we have been going out. She has always told me that size does not matter. So I asked her how she would feel if I enlarged my penis. THE PC MUSCLE AND MALE MULTIPLE ORGASM
I will present a condensed outline of how to exercise the PC muscle and why you do so. This will help answer many questions that have been asked of me.
Locating your PC muscle:
You probably knew where to find it the moment I mentioned it. But for review, I will start from the beginning. All of the individual muscles close to the groin - buttocks, abdomen, thighs, and PC may feel the same. They might all feel like one big muscle mass. Here is the simplest way to find your PC muscle and isolate it from all the others.
First, gently place one or two fingers right behind your testicles. Pretend that you are urinating. Now try to stop the flow. The muscle you just used to turn off the flow from the bladder is your PC muscle. Did you feel it tightening? Maybe you also noticed that your penis and testicles "jumped" a little when you flexed your PC.
It is important that your stomach muscles and thigh muscles remain relaxed. Did they get tense too? Here is a trick if they are getting in the way. Try flexing your stomach muscles or thigh muscles a number of times to tire them out and you will have a better time of isolating the PC muscle.
You are not trying to get an erection here, and you do not need an erection to exercise the PC. Relax and let your penis respond naturally to these exercises.
Exercise 1. Squeeze Play (three to five minutes a day)
Three times a dy, flex the PC twenty times. Hold it for one or two seconds each time, then release. That's it. Twenty squeezes, three times a day.
You do not need to keep your finger on the PC during these exercises. You should be able to feel it move internally. If you don't, or if you're not sure, then keep your finger on the PC the first few times you do your exercise.
Breathe normally during this exercise. Like any other muscle building exercise, proper breathing is always important. You don't want to hold your breath.
Repeat this exercise three times a day, every day, for three weeks.
These PC exercises are easy and can be done anywhere - in the car, at the beach, or while sitting at your desk. Do it on a long line at the bank, or on a bus etc.
PC Pitfalls:
Doing too many reps. Go slow at first, as you would when you start any other exercise. You can pour it on later.
Failing to isolate the PC. It is important that your stomach, upper thighs, and buttocks are all completely relaxed when you are working out the PC.
You might have a tendency to tense your other muscles during your exercise . What you need to do is tense and untense your stomach or other muscles ten or twenty times before you begin your PC workout. That will tire them out so they don't get in the way.
Exercise 2. The Big Squeeze (two to three minutes a day)
Have you done Exercise 1. for three weeks? You are now ready for the "The Big Squeeze" (a.k.a "The Power Squeeze" or "The Death Grip" Keep doing your twenty squeezes, three times a day, but now you are going to add ten really slow squeezes.
Take five seconds to slowly squeeze your PC as tight as you can. Now hold the tension for a full five seconds, if possible. Finally, release the tension gradually over the next five seconds. You should be able to feel yourself really working the muscle.
This might be a bit difficult at first. You may only be able to do one or two fifteen second squeezes before you tire. That's okay. But try to eventually work up to ten full repetitions, each taking ten to fifteen seconds. It's most important that you don't push yourself too hard.
Concentrate on control. You should be feeling each repetition and trying to control that PC whenever you want.
MALE MULTIPLE ORGASM AND THE MULTIORGASMIC MAN
A multiorgasmic man quite simple, is a man who can have two or more orgasms in a row without resting. He does not experience any significant down time between his orgasms. By "down time," I mean a refractory period in between orgasms when the penis is not easily aroused. A multiogasmic man is able to maintain his erection, even though he has already had an orgasm, and continue making love from orgasm to orgasm. Unlike most "normal" men, a multiorgasmic man does not lose his ability to stay erect after his first orgasm. He can continue to a second or even a third or fourth orgasm without resting. This is not the same as having two or more orgasms in an afternoon of lovemaking with periods of rest or breaks in between. The multiorgasmic man does not need a rest. He might want to, and he certainly can, but he doesn't have to stop. He is capable of continuing to make love immediately after orgasm.
There are some men, particularly young men, who are just plain lucky. These guys are naturals. Men like this are born multiogasmic. For the rest of us, we have to be trained in it.
ORGASM WITHOUT EJACULATION......
As far as most men are concerned, there is not such thing as an orgasm without ejaculation. It's a package deal, like thunder and lightening, right? Wrong. This may be hard to believe, but orgasm and ejaculation in males are two separate things. Yes, they typically occur together, and yes, if feels as though they are a package deal. But the physiological reality is that they are not inseparable. It is possible to have a full orgasm without simultaneous ejaculation. You can however, have an orgasm with ejaculation, but you will determine when and if you want to, and not your penis.
Did you know, for example, that ejaculation acutally occurs in two phases: emission and expulsion. In the emission phase of your ejaculation, semen starts to move through the vas deferens as muscles near the prostate gland begin to spasm. The semen collects in the urethral bulb at the base of the penis. In the second phase of your ejaculation, the expulsion phase, the PC muscle starts to contract, forcing the semen up through the urethra and out of the penis.
In a nutshell, here's what happening. In the emission phase, semen from the testicles and prostate takes a little subway ride to the base of the penis, prodded along by the contractions of muscles near the prostate gland.
In the expulsion phase, your old friend the PC muscle picks up the ball and pushes the semen up through the penis and out into the world.
Phase 1: The cannon is loaded. Phase 2. The cannon is fired.

COULD YOU FEEL THE SEMEN COLLECTING? DID YOU FEEL YOUR PC SPASM? IF YOU STOPPED THRUSTING IN TIME, YOUR TWO-SECOND EJACULATION PROBABLY FELT AS IF IT TOOK FIVE TO TEN SECONDS.
For most men, the contraction of the PC during expulsion is an involuntary process. Once you take control of your PC muscle, however, you can voluntarily delay or prevent ejaculation. Yet your body still experiences the full sensation of orgasm, complete with rapid heart rate, muscle contractions, and the intese sensation of release.
Understanding the difference between emission and expulsion helps you learn to actually feel these two distinct phases of ejaculation as they are happening to you. Most men are very aware of the expulsion phase, but they have little sense of what's happening prior to that. But if you want to get the timing right in the last and most important exercises, you're going to need a bit more ejaculation awareness than the average guy.
KEY POINTS SO FAR:
PC exercises and awareness of the PC muscle are key to controlling ejaculation.
Orgasm and ejaculation do not have to occur together; they are two distinct phenomena that can be experienced as separate pleasures.
A nonejaculatory orgasm feels as good, if not better, than a conventional orgasm.

“It’s not the size, it’s how you use it”, I think we’ve all heard that at one time or another in our lives. And I doubt many people believe it. But the question shouldn’t be whether or not she thinks you’re big enough, but whether or not you feel that you’re big enough.
Most guys do wish their penis was bigger mainly because they feel that women will think less of them if they are average, or below average. While this may be true in some women, most women will be happy with a guy no matter what his size.
Just like most guys wouldn’t break up with a woman just because her breasts aren’t perfect most women won’t break up with a guy just because he isn’t the biggest she’s ever had. While there are men and women who are superficial enough to do this, they are very rare and far in-between. Unless you’re really small, and terrible in bed most women will not break up with you because of your penis size.
Penis size is a lot like a guy’s physique, while a buff guy may get chicks based solely on his looks, he won’t be able to keep them for the same reason. Just like a guy with a big dick might be able to get chicks, he might not be able to keep them for that reason.
While sex is important in any romantic relationship, too many men regard it as the only aspect of their relationship which requires their attention. True a bigger penis, and an enhanced sex drive don’t hurt, but they alone won’t keep a relationship alive, unless of course you’re the greatest lover she’s ever had.
So the question isn’t whether she thinks I’m big enough. The question is “how do you feel about your size”, as I stated before, most men would rather have a bigger penis, just like they would rather have a better body.

How does one manage to entertain thoughts of PE? I can hardly think of a single man I know, that would state passively that he would mind having a larger penis. Yet the idea is so fantastic that many are turned off to the idea it could possibly work. Then, of course, there's pride involved, stopping many from taking the path towards it. The overall goal of this oration is to communicate accurately the background information not necessarily readily or conveniently available to all beginners to PE. The premise is my own affiliation with it.
Whereas I would have always loved to have a larger penis, I certainly never actually entertained the idea that it could be conventionally possible. I definitely never entertained thoughts of surgery, yet I had seen the ads. Although not small by any imagination, my own instrument was not necessarily noteworthy either. About as average as possible, it seemed, and I was quite content with that.
As I was surfing the internet, most likely looking for porn, I somehow happened across a web site offering a way to increase my penis size for free. I of course, was skeptical; and continued browsing otherwise. However, later that week I happened to think of it, and went back to investigate their claim.
I read through the introduction to the site, and laughed, thinking to myself how it was relayed so absurdly, and how it must definitely target those with little hope or small minds. Small minded as I was, I continued reading. Although the initial pitch was certainly not a strong enough argument, the supporting information generated by the people involved with the web site was moving. How or why would anyone go to such lengths to fool anybody? And on the other side, how could it hurt to try? I didn't have to pay anybody to get the information, and was not obligated to perform any service or give anything in exchange. Why not?
The method of PE- The details talked about here should be used in conjunction with the exercises outlined in my first contest entry.
If you are reading this, you have most likely already read some information concerning the exercises to be performed, and how they allegedly work. This section addresses what I have observed to be the most commonly asked questions. Some of the best information I have read as it relates to performing PE is as follows:
Don't rush it.
People that are involved with PE get pretty wrapped up in the idea that it can give instant gratification when applied properly. It is critical that you perform the exercises without any stress of it happening overnight. Perseverance is critical, but don't fret if you don't experience instant gains. (Btw: I would say without pause that the most commonly asked question everywhere I have been is: "How long until I am X inches from where I am at?" This is certainly not an exact science, and different people seem to respond differently to different techniques. Your interest must be in the overall result, not how fast you can get there.)
Don't strain it.
Apparently there is a tendency to overexert the organ. (Myself a victim of this.) Too much pressure, too many reps, etc. If it doesn't feel right, it's not. Granted, it shouldn't exactly feel pleasurable, yet anything approaching pain or discomfort is too much. Much of the advice given by people that practice PE is generally recent, and does not seem to take into account that the newer practitioners need to approach PE slowly.
Attitude is critical.
The mental approach to PE is as important as the physical. You must keep a positive outlook throughout the process. If you miss a day, or three; It cannot be significant enough to bring your outlook down. Stop worrying about how long it will take you to reach a certain size, just continue with the exercises.
Frequency
Well, after much debate I think the final word is that every day is simply too much. The overall consensus is that you practice it every other day. In reality there cannot be that much difference between 5 on 2 off and 4 on 3 off. Also: Too much frequency also tends to violate the "Don't strain it." Rule.
Palm up or palm down.
Although palm down seems to be the prevalent argument, I cannot imagine that it really makes any difference, provided you are doing it correctly. (Keep in mind that as we begin PE, we are usually somehow doing it wrong; Your preference will come with experience. I think, perhaps, that different rules apply to different people; In the end, you need to find your own best method.) I myself have found some peace to this topic, I use palm down with my right hand, and palm up with my left.
Measurements
Out of all the information and testimonials that I have read, all start with an initial measuring. Now there are a few sites out there discussing how to accurately measure penis size, but in the end, I say this is irrelevant. Consistency with measuring is the key. However you measure in the beginning, must be how you continue to measure. I will say that you should definitely make sure that you avoid measuring every day or even every week. To keep your confidence up, measure every two to four weeks, or around once a month. This will help you to keep focused while doing your weekly routine. Also, you will see the greatest measurement gains when you measure every month instead of daily or weekly.
Length or Girth, Straight or Bent?
Jelqing will increase both length and girth, but without following the exercises properly, it will only strain the organ. The warm up and warm down are essential; And concerning those I recommend you switch your shower to a bath instead. If you have need to do your exercises in private, no one questions why you are in the bath a little longer (They feel so good.) and will keep a consistent amount of warmth around your organ. Don't worry half as much as how many reps you do, just set a time limit, and be sure your reps are worth the effort. (Quick reps with no care will not produce results as well.) By establishing a time limit, you can defeat the mentality of needing to overstraining your penis, and also maintain a consistent amount of reps.
Exercising the PC muscle.
Universally agreed upon, this is the most significant of the exercises. On one hand, they will help with your duration and also with the level of rigidity you can achieve, which will help alleviate the need to see size improvement quicker; On the other hand....... There is no other hand. This exercise has no negatives, whether you consult the internet or your doctor.
But the doctor said
The only way to truly dispute what one person says as opposed to the other is simply to try it out. I have come across an article actually saying that by performing PE on themselves caused them to damage their penis irrevocably. I guess they didn't have the benefit of seeing the "Don't strain it" rule, because although you might temporarily cause yourself some problems, you can easily rectify this by giving yourself a little time off and time to heal. Harder said than done, because although interest in the subject varies, I think in the end we all tend to get a little fanatical about it. And not that this necessarily means anything, but it sure seems like the amount of people that swear it works greatly outweighs the few that say it does not.
Devices, methods, pills.
Well, it seems to me that anyone that does not actually sell a pump agrees they do not work; Anyone who is not a doctor agrees surgery is not a good road to travel. Pills seem to have split reviews, although it has been my experience that most agreed that pills combined with PE produce a greater result more quickly, as I will describe later on in this article.
The necessity of size.
The importance of size is generally a mental one. Some people are truly lacking, and size could make all the difference physically. However, in reality your approach to sex is the critical factor. A little increase in size seems to have a dramatic effect in one's approach to sex . It may be just what the doctor ordered as far as confidence is concerned, and women all over will agree that confidence is very persuasive to their enjoyment. Also, a bigger dick will help you to reach more of a woman?s nerve endings. This will help her to achieve more powerful and more frequent orgasms. Then, you will become a better lover, and she WILL WANT TO HAVE MORE SEX!!!!

PC EXERCISES & CONTROL CONTINUED
This is a continuation of my previous post about the PC muscle & Male Multiple Orgasms.
This is the second part of a three to four part course regarding the control and use of the PC muscle with regards to controlling ejaculation.
Don't rush ahead to try the following until you have a solid foundation of exercising and controlling your PC muscle. You will only be frustrated if you rush ahead and you will be back to the first part anyway.
HOW AROUSED ARE YOU?
Ask the average man if he's feeling aroused and what does he say? "Yes" or "No". Ask him to describe his arousal and what does he say? Not a whole lot more.
You need to know what is happening to your body during the various stages of arousal. There are various levels of arousal, each having its own distinct sensations and intensity. Some shifts are subtle, some are profound, but it is not a black or white thing. It's a lot more like a rainbow. You will want to focus on and appreciate the different colors of the rainbow and the subtle differences of each one.
You need to know the various levels of your own arousal the way a composer knows the notes on the scale. To make this easier, you are going to establish a scale of your own: AN AROUSAL SCALE.
The arousal scale is going to be a very simple scale that goes from one to ten, with Level 1 being the lowest level of arousal and Level 10 being the highest.
Lets begin with Level 1. There isn't a sexual thought in your head. You are not experiencing any arousal whatsoever. None. Zero. Nada. At that moment you are at Level 1.
Now lets jump to Level 10. That's an easy one. Level 10 is orgasm. The Big "O". The end of the road.
Now all we need to do is establish everything in between.
A level 2 or Level 3 is that slight twinge sensation you get at the base of your penis as you gegin to get aroused.
Next comes Level 4. That's a steady, low level of arousal. It's more than a twinge now... you're feeling good. Still you could stop without much difficulty.
At Level 5 and Level 6 your arousal is already substantial. Now you're really into it. Once you reach these levels you don't want to think about stopping. You're feeling too good now. By the time you get to Level 7 or Level 8, you will feel your heart pounding and your face may flush. Level 9 is intense. You aren't far from the top now...you are very close to orgasm.
Just short of Level 10 is a very crucial point I call "the point of no return" It is commonly referred to as "the point of inevitability." It's at that point at which it becomes clear that you are about to have an orgasm. Once you've hit the point of inevitability, there is no going back. Your body is committed to having that orgasm.
On our 1 to 10 scale, this "point of no return" would register a 9.9. This is a very important number for you to remember.
Talking about levels of arousal can get a little bit abstract after a while. You need to experience them. One of the ways you learn each level is by comparing it to the previous level, or to the following one. "How do I know what a 3 is?" you may ask. It's a little higher than a 2. How do you know you're at a 7? Well you definitely past a 5 or 6 but you haven't hit an 8.
Do note that these number are all relative to each other. The important thing is that each level feels slightly different. The only absolute number assignments are 1, which is no arousal, 9.9 which is the point of no return, and 10, which is orgasm.
Don't worry if your 4 is another man's 5. All that counts are your own relative levels of arousal.
Please don't use these numbers to judge your performance in any way. A "6" is not better than a "3"; a "4" is not worse than a "7.' They're just different. The only goal is to become more intimate with the subtle changes in your body during your arousal.
WHAT ABOUT YOUR ERECTION?
It is very common for men to equate arousal with erections, but they are NOT one and the same. Arousal is a feeling; it is a subjective sense of excitement that can be experienced throughout the body, though it is typically felt most keenly in the genitals.
Erection, on the other hand, refers to hardness of the penis. Erection is a very objective measure of hardness that is a direct reflection of blood flowing into this organ. A man can feel very aroused...incrredibly aroused...yet not be erect.
Maybe you become fully erect at arousal Level4; maybe you don't get erect until Level 6. Or maybe like most men, it's different on different days. It doesn't matter right now because you are not going to worry a lot about erections here. You're concern right now is learning about your level of arousal. Focusing too intently on your erection as a way of discouraging the process. When you leave it alone, it tends to come home. So don't think about it. Right now, all you need to do is focus on your numbers.
HOW TO PEAK
Reaching a peak means letting your arousal rise to a certain level and then immediately letting it drop back down. For example, you may let your arousal rise to Level 6, then let it fall back down. That's a Level 6 peak. Or you may let your arousal rise to Level 9, then let it fall back down. That's a Level 9 peak. (Remember that we are talking about arousal here, not about erections.)
This is different from trying to maintain your arousal at a given level, which is known as "plateauing." I will let you know how to do that in another post.
You can do this exercise with a partner but for right now and to shorten this post I will explain how to do it solo.
Lie down or sit down and get very comfortable. Put some lubrication on your hand and on your penis. What you are going to do now is start by giving yourself a genital caress. Slowly stroke your self until you reach what you would consider to be a Level 4 of arousal. That's past the "twinge" stage to the point where you're feeling a low, steady "hum" of arousal. Remember that you are not using a masturbation stroke: you are caressing yourself.
When you get to Level 4, stop the stimulation and take a deep breath... a really slow deep breath. Check your PC muscle, your hip muscles, and your thigh muscles to make sure they're all really relaxed. Now let your arousal drop back down a couple of levels to a "2". Take your time. You just had your first "peak" at Level 4.
Once you have dropped to Level 2, start your caress again. This time, see if you can go up to around Level 6. You may need to stroke yourself a little bit faster to get to this slightly higher level. That's fine. When you reach Level, stop the stimulation once again. Take a real slow deep breath and let your arousal drop back down a few levels to around a "4." Make sure all your muscles are completely relaxed. Great. You have just had a "peak" at Level 6.
You are going to continue this exercise for the next fifteen to twenty minutes. What You want to do is try to have a peak at Level 4, Level 6, Level 7, Level 8, and Level 9, which is the point just prior to your "point of no return". At each level it's important to stop the stimulation, relax, take a really deep breath, and make sure all of your muscles are relaxed. Always let yourself drop at least one level, preferably two, after each peak.
Try not to bring your arousal up in a spike, like shooting from a Level 3 to a Level 8. You're trying to stretch out your arousal into an extended series of gradually increasing peaks. If you were going to graph your arousal, it would look like a wave, not like a needle.
Don't rush your peaks. Each up and down cycle should take four or five minutes. Stretch them out. Let them build slowly and savor each one. As your peaks get higher and higher, it may become more and more difficult to relax. One way to overcome this by taking deeper and deeper breaths at each level. If all this stimulation has made you need to ejaculate, go ahead. Otherwise, you can stop the exercise once you've completed four or five peaks. If you don't get up to Level 8 or Level 9 the first time, that's okay; you will with practice.
Ultimately, you will need to be able to peak at very high level. This is not hard once you get used to the whole process of peaking. Through repetition you will learn to recognize and become comfortable at your different levels. Believe it or not, it won't be long before you can even differentiate between Levels 8, 8.5, 9, and 9.5. Talk about knowing your own body! This kind of fine sensitivity to your arousal will make multiple orgasm a snap.
ALL THE WHILE YOU STILL NEED TO DO PC EXERCISES AND ALSO YOUR ENLARGING TECHNIQUES. IN THE END YOU WILL TRULY BE A SUPERMAN.
Before I proceed, if you have read to this point, you will have noted that there is a lot of work to be done on your part. Enlarging your penis is childs play as compared to this. You must master all of the preparatory exercises etc. to build a solid foundation. You have to take baby steps before you can be a superman. There is no overnight system to transform you. I’m not as much concerned about how my penis measures up next to a ruler, but more rather how it looks and feels to my girlfriend. Much like bodybuilding, I do not concern myself on how much I weigh on the scale, but rather what is reflected back to me in the mirror. The objective at this point is to grow, stay positive and be confident. The specifics, such as girth and length gains in inches, centimeters, millimeters, etc. can be determined at a later point.

Before I start I would just like to say that this post is all my own work, I have carried out research etc on the internet but have not copied and pasted anything from any other articles or websites, everything is my own work and own wording, thanks :)
My aim for this article is to be as informative as possible about the very prominent issue of penis size. I will be touching upon typical and average penis sizes, issues on penis size and whether it matters, natural penis enlargement techniques, tips and problems one may encounter, other methods of penis enlargement, and my own experiences thus far with penis enlargement.
I will begin with the issue of average penis size. It is almost certain that all men will at some point in their lives question if they are “adequate” or not. Sex experts continually emphasise that as far as women’s list of “physical wants” goes, penis size is not really all that important at all. However despite this it is fair to see that most men perceive the size of their tool to be very important, and a huge factor in their masculinity and ability to perform sexually. It is also fair to say that if a man feels his penis size is not adequate, he will suffer from depression and lack of confidence, which I personally have been through, and sometimes still do. This is not necessarily because they actually do have a small penis, it may just be that they believe that they do, when in fact they are well within the ranges deemed to be “average”.
In my opinion, the only way to get some sort of idea of the average penis size is to take a reasonable sample of men and independently measure their erect penis dimensions. Many surveys have been conducted by mens magazines and other organisations, which rely on the participants to measure their own penises and send in the results. Obviously this data is not reliable as men will tend to exaggerate the size of their penises, or measure incorrectly, leading to great inaccuracies in the data. 2 of these surveys I wish to focus on are those of Alfred C Kinsey and Durex Condoms.
The Kinsey study was conducted in 1948 using data collected from 3500 college males. Analysis of the Kinsey data suggests that the average erect length of the 3500 subjects was 6.21 inches and average erect circumference (girth) measured 4.85 inches. The erect length was measured from the tip of the penis to the pubic area, and girth was measure around the middle of the erect penis. While this information may seem valuable, it is very important to note that the subjects measured themselves, by holding a postcard against their penises, marking where the tip of the penis ended, and posting the postcard. Because of this the information may not be entirely accurate as it is fair to assume that some of the men will have exaggerated their size. In addition, only white males were used for the study.
The Durex survey was conducted entirely on the Internet on an anonymous basis. Already, just from this information one can assume that the information is not going to be entirely accurate. Gathering data from around 3000 men from 27 different countries, the survey concluded that average erect length is 6.4 inches, and average erect girth at the thickest point of the penis is 5.1 inches.
So both these surveys that rely on men measuring themselves have returned average values of over 6 inches for length. However if we look at the more accurate surveys where the subjects are independently measured, the results are more modest. The main survey I wish to discuss is that by Lifestyles Condoms, conducted in 2001 using 300 subjects, mostly US college students. They were measured independently by qualified medical staff and as before, measured from the tip of the penis to the pubic area. The results showed that average erect length was 5.877 inches and average erect girth was 4.972 inches. More interestingly, 54% of the men measured between 5.5 inches and 6.3 inches in erect length and 53% measured between 4.725 inches and 5.118 inches in girth. In addition, a Brazilian urologist who recently accurately measured 150 subjects reported that average erect length was 5.7 inches and average girth 4.7 inches.
These results show that men measuring themselves do indeed exaggerate their size, and to conclude, considering all of the information, it is reasonable to suggest that the “average” erect penis measures between 5.5 and 6.5 inches in length and between 4.5 and 5.5 inches in girth. It would appear that well over 50% of men in any given population fall within these figures. The percentages of men reporting larger size diminish proportionally to the size, for example, the Kinsey data details that 17% of the 3500 men studied reported an erect length or 7 inches or above, while only 1.8% of men reported an erect length of 8 inches or over. However using natural penis enlargement techniques from Penis Health, these sizes can easily be attainable by anyone, including you!
That’s all on the issue of average penis size, I will now discuss probably the most important issues, does size matter? This is an issue, which is very debatable. Some people will say that it does, and give good reasons to support this, while others will say it doesn’t, also with good reasons to back this up.
To start, the main sensitive area of the vagina is in the first 3 inches. The fabled “G-spot” is approximately one inch into the vagina on the front wall. It is NOT as some people believe deep inside the vagina (6 inches + inside). This information would suggest that a man with even a 3 or 4 inch penis can satisfy a woman sexually. However it is not quite this simple. The nervous system of the vagina is stimulated by the motion of the penis moving back and forth against the vaginal nerves, thus causing friction and the associated stimulation and pleasure. Therefore, if you have a longer penis, each stroke will last longer and cause more stimulation of the vaginal nerves. One would argue that in order to compensate for this, a man with a shorter penis can stimulate the woman to the same degree as someone with a larger penis by simply thrusting quicker. For example if a man with an 8 inch penis thrusted once every 2 seconds, a man with a 4 inch penis could provoke the same level of pleasure by doubling the speed, thrusting once every second. However this is a very basic way of looking at things and it’s not so simple in reality.
My research and experience indicates that it is girth, which is the main factor to a woman. In fact, an extra long penis is even questionably desirable since it may penetrate too deeply and pain the delicate cervix. When questioned, many women say they would prefer a short and fat penis to a long pencil penis. However it is sufficient to say that in any given situation a woman will prefer a longer and thicker penis to a smaller one. While a short penis can stimulate a woman, a larger penis, while not necessarily “better”, is always going to be more desirable to a woman, and they certainly seem to find larger penises more visually stimulating. However in a relationship penis size is far from the most important factor and many men take their size way too seriously, as I have already stated, smaller penises can still produce a lot of pleasure from a woman. In my opinion, penis size matters more the men than women! And if you are not happy with your penis size, you can do something about it using penis enlargement! :)
Before I go into natural penis enlargement, I would like to quickly touch upon the other methods available that claim to enlarge your penis. The four main other methods commonly discussed are penis pumps, penis surgery, weighting and stretching devices, and penis pills.
Penis pumps consist of a plastic cylinder, into which the erect penis is placed. At the base of the cylinder there is an airtight seal. Through the use or either an electric or hand pump, the air within the cylinder is then extracted and the resulting vacuum forces increased volumes of blood to be drawn into the penis. This is a similar theory to that of the “jelq” in natural penis enlargement, forcing more blood into the penis. This increased volume of blood in turn causes the erect penis to temporarily swell in size. The results achieved in erection size are often similar to those experienced during extreme sexual arousal, when the penis is engorged with blood to its full capacity. Although pumps certainly engorge the penis to capacity and result in immediate gains, the effects as mentioned above are in the main only temporary and are lost within a few hours. Penis pumps cannot increase the natural capacity of the erectile chambers, something that is necessary for permanent gains. In addition there can be some negative side effects such as blisters, reduction in sensitivity and problems getting stable, hard erections. More seriously, burst blood vessels can cause bruising or at worst haemorrhages. I certainly would not recommend using pumps if you are serious about achieving permanent gains.

Penis surgery is something I would very strongly recommend against. The 2 main methods of penis surgery aim to increase length and girth respectively. The first technique involves cutting the suspensory ligaments supporting the penis, causing it to droop lower and appear larger. The penis is then stretched as the ligaments heal in order to prevent them from healing shorted than before. Without continuous stretching the gains may be lost. While this can give good increases in flaccid length, it is erect length that matters, and this technique typically only increases erect length by 0.2 – 0.3 inches, if at all. In addition, side effects can include a significant reduction in the angle of erection as well as increased susceptibility to injury
The method of increasing girth involves removing tissue and fat from the buttocks and inserting them into the penile shaft. This can increase flaccid girth by up to an inch, and erect girth by up to 0.7 inches. However there can also be complications and side effects with this method, including drastic curving of the penis and asymmetry.
With both methods, there are many risks, as in any operation, of things going wrong. It is suggested that penis surgery is only considered for those with documented medical issues, and not for people who just want a bigger penis. Finally, penis surgery will set you back between 3000 and 10000 dollars, whereas you could just join a program like penis health for 50 dollars.
Stretching and weighting devices rely upon the principle of tensile force and the body’s natural ability to adapt under these influences. It has been proven that weighting can permanently increase penis size. However it takes a long time and a lot of use of the devices. One particular device, the JES Extender has been proves to increase the penis 1.25 inches over an 18 week period. However in order for this to happen, the device must be used for 12 hours a day, 7 days a week. Clearly no normal man would have this amount of time on his hands to use the device. In addition, the device will only increase length and will not do anything for girth, and may even decrease it due to it being spread out more along the penis. Another device, the Penistretcher has been shown to increase girth by just under 0.5 inches with sustained use over 6 months.
Home-made methods of stretching the penis are highly advised against. Long term reduction in blood circulation to the glans of the penis, for example by tying weights to the end of the penile shaft, can lead to infection and the possibility of gangrene. Ultimately, this can end in amputation. Clearly, this would be far from a positive result when such efforts had been made to enlarge the penis. Finally, while cheaper than surgery, these devices will set you back between 500 and 1000 dollars, and for the minimal results and maximum effort required, I would highly recommend a natural program that would cost a fraction of the price and require a fraction of the effort.
Finally, we have penis pills. These claim to do a number of things, most notably improve blood circulation and blood flow to the penis, increase sex drive, and enhance energy levels. Most of the ingredients are herbal based, including recognised herbal remedies for impotence and improved blood circulation, which have minimal side effects, at worst stomach aches and/or headaches. It is highly likely that these pills will increase blood flow to the penis, however whether or not this will cause permanent gains is yet to be proved. Considering the recognised benefits of the ingredients, it is fair to say that the pills will improve general penile fitness and health. However I do not believe that penis pills on their own will give permanent gains. BUT! Penis pills do have a place in penis enlargement. When coupled with a good penis enlargement exercise program, the pills can cause gains to come more quickly and in larger quantities. They can halve the time it will take you to get gains! They are also relatively inexpensive compared to other methods and should definitely be considered if you are using natural penis enlargement exercises.
WARNING – Yohimbe. Many penis pills contain an ingredient called Yohimbe, which is known to improve blood circulation and dilate blood vessels, which is a good thing. HOWEVER. Unfortunately, the consumption of Yohimbe can result in other far less desirable side effects. These can include dizziness, nausea, insomnia, anxiety, increased blood pressure and rapid heart beat. Doses in excess of 40mg a day can result in more severe side-effects, including loss of muscle function, vertigo and even hallucinations. Yohimbe is also known to react adversely with certain foods containing high levels of Tyramine. Such foods include cheese, red wine and liver. When combined this may cause severely high blood pressure. Therefore I would suggest taking pills that do not have Yohimbe. Ginkgo Bilboa will cause the same positive effects as Yohimbe without the negatives.
Considering all this, I would recommend ProSolution Pills, as they have all of the good ingredients that will help you enlarge your penis, and do not contain Yohimbe. Taking ProSolution pills in combination with a good exercise program such as Penis Health will certainly help you to rapidly enlarge your penis!
Now I will talk about my programs and experiences regarding natural penis enlargement. I signed up on the 20th of December and for 2 weeks used the following program:
Warm up
8 mins long schlong
8 mins jelq
5 mins power stretch
Warm down
This was on a 2 on 1 off basis. After 2 weeks I moved onto this routine:
Warm up
10 mins long schlong
10 mins jelq
6 mins power stretch

After these 4 weeks I had noticed a larger flaccid penis that looks more healthy and hangs lower. However I had no erect gains. I then sent off for my free consultation and the routine I got was as follows:
Warm up
5 mins long schlong
5 mins jelq
5 mins pressured long schlong
6 mins jelq and hold
4 mins PC weighted
Warm down
I have now been using this program for 2-3 weeks, and have also inserted some downward stretching so my routine is now as follows:
Warm up
5 mins long schlong
2 mins downward stretch
5 mins jelq
5 mins pressured long schlong
2 mins downwad stretch
6 mins jelq and hold
4 mins PC weighted

Now I will go into detail about how I carry out my routines. Firstly, I always do my routines in the bath. To warm up I just let me penis relax in the warm water and massage it with a cloth, I do this for around 5 minutes. For my exercises, I go on a reps basis rather than a time basis. This is because there is a lot of pausing and switching hands etc involved, so if I was to strictly do 5 minutes of long schlong, I would probably end up actually doing only 3 minutes. Therefore for my long schlong, I do 4 reps of 10 seconds in the directions up, right, and left, so each of these sessions is 2 minutes. For my current routine, I do 2 of these sessions, making 4 minutes, then I do 2 30 second long schlong helis, bringing it to 5 minutes. The actual time taken to do this will be more like 8 minutes but I know I have got 5 minutes of good stretching time. For my downward stretching I do reps of 30 seconds, 2 with each hand. I spend about 8 minutes on the jelq to compensate for having to manually masturbate a few times when I lose my partial erection. I jelq slow and hard from the base to the head, and I prefer to grip the base with other hand when my jelqing hand reaches half way, not when it is at the head, as I feel I get more engorged doing this. For the pressured schlong I do 10 reps, each rep taking 1 minute. I stand up, hold the head in my right hand and stretch forwards hard for 10 seconds, the use my left thumb and some soap to apply pressure from the base to the start of the head for 10 seconds, and then back again for 10 seconds. After this exercise I do another 2 mins of downward stretching. For my jelq and hold I jelq hard and slow to the base of the head and hold for 15 seconds. The head is very swollen and purple when I am holding which I feel is good. I also grip the base of the penis with my other hand when I am holding which causes the shaft to become engorged too. I normally do this exercise for around 9 minutes, again to compensate for manual masturbation. I then do around 6 minutes of PC weighted, where I get as hard as possible, then push down as far as I can and flex my PC muscle for 5 seconds. To warm down I rinse off in the shower, with the water quite hot and using a cloth to massage my penis as the water falls on it.

This is just a basic overview of my current routine. All these instructions along with pictures and videos can be found on the excellent site penis health. However what is more valuable I feel is my experiences with problems I have encountered, and tips for other users. So here we go with my problems :)
PENIS LIGAMENT PAIN
When I do the long schlong I tend to stretch quite hard as I feel this will give quicker gains. Sometimes my penis ligaments in the base can really start to hurt. When this happens I recommend that you do not stretch as hard and take it a bit easy, still give it a good stretch but don’t push it so hard.
GRIPPING THE PENIS
Because I do my exercises in the bath, my penis is wet. This makes it hard to grip it well and get good stretching in exercises such as the long schlong. To overcome this I completely dry my hands and penis before doing such exercises and I find this works well.
HAND ACHES
This is possibly the worst problem, throughout the entire program I will get hand aches in both hands, usually in the right hand with long schlong exercises, and the left hand in jelqing exercises. There is not really any solution, just grit your teeth. I would suggest after each exercise massaging your hands and holding them in the warm water before you commence the next exercise.
THE PRESSURED SCHLONG
This exercise is by far the most annoying and hardest exercise to do. In order to do 5 minutes of proper pressured schlong, it will usually take me around 15 minutes. This is because the head and below the head of the penis must be dry so I can grip it and pull hard, and the rest of the penis must be lubricated. I find that after 2 reps the lubrication (soap and water in my case) has seeped into where I am gripping the penis with my right hand and I can no longer grip and pull hard. Therefore I have to wash my hands and penis off after 2 reps, re-dry, re-apply lubrication, and do another 2 reps. This is the only way I can figure out to do it properly, and like I said is very time consuming.
LOSING ERECTION WHEN JELQING
This happens frequently and the only way to combat it is to manually masturbate back to a semi-erection. Therefore I add some time onto my jelqing time, so that if my program says 5 mins jelq, I will set the stopwatch for 8 minutes.
WANTING TO EJACULATE
This usually happens doing the PC Weighted, as you have to masturbate to a full erection and I am normally quite aroused after doing all the other exercises. This is just an issue of control and if you feel you are going to ejaculate either stop touching yourself or tense your PC muscle hard. So far I have never ejaculated doing my exercises.
Now onto my tips for other users. Read these and follow them and you will be gaining in no time!
ALWAYS WARM UP AND WARM DOWN
This is very important. You must always warm up your penis and warm down, you cannot just go straight into the exercises without a warm up, you will damage yourself. I find the wake up cloth is a good warm up.
STRETCH HARD, BUT NOT TOO HARD
You need to put some effort into your stretching and give a good hard pull so you can feel it pulling your ligaments at the base of the penis. But don’t go too hard, you don’t want to tear them completely.
JELQ HARD AND SLOW
You need to get a good grip so blood does not escape as you jelq, jelq slowly forcing the blood up the penis and engorging it fully. Also I like to grip the base again ready for my next jelq when my current jelqing hand is half way up. This means my penis is engorged below the jelqing hand as well as above and since I have been doing this I have been getting blood spots (good sign you are doing a good workout)
TAKE YOUR TIME
Penis Enlargement is very time consuming, although my routine is around 30-40 minutes, I usually spend closer to 60-90 minutes in the bath doing the exercises to make sure I do the correct amount of time for each exercise.

There is no point doing penis enlargement with a negative outlook. You must be positive even if you do not see gains. I did not see any erect gains in my first month but I have kept at it and I think they are coming now. Just keep at it.
MEASURE ONCE A MONTH

HAVE REST DAYS

Well ? does penis size really matter? Sue, sitting on my sofa, was clear: ?Sure it matters ? I?ve had some massive ones in my time, and I really enjoyed them!? Hearing these sexually experienced women say that sex felt better with a bigger penis was a shock to me. Surely penis size doesn?t matter? Don?t women love the man, not the penis? After all, that?s the message we hear from our early teens: it?s not what you?ve got, it?s what you do with it that counts. _But is this just small-dicked men telling women what to think aboutpenis size? Or is it women being kind and reassuring to men with small and average sized penises?
I was once in bed with a girlfriend when for some reason we started talking about penis size. Now, she knows a thing or two about penis size, having had more sexual adventures than most women (about twenty male partners in long or short relationships). Her first boyfriend, when she was a teenager, was quite well endowed, and she just assumed that all penises were about the same size as his. She went on to marry her second boyfriend, who turned out (on the wedding night) to have a four-inch long erect penis, a fact that she discovered when she reached down in the dark to play with his cock only to discover she couldn?t find it! And if you think about it, this is very different to the way men talk about penis size ? men talk about penis size as though it represents status and power.
And it?s true ? when discussing penetration, women use words like filling, stretching, friction, satisfying, rubbing, feeling: words that relate to physical sensation. Men, however, seem to have a more fundamental response: expressions I?ve heard used about penis size include ?big swinging dick?, ?showing it off?, ?swinging in the locker room?, ?how much of a man you are? and so on ? expressions about power, status, and prestige. Words that, when you think about it, relate to competition with other men and a feeling of being the top dog rather representing any sense of what women want.
So where does this take us? The question is ? what do women want, sexually? And the answer, of course, is that it depends on the woman. Some prefer men who are tall and have dark hair, while some women like blondes. Some women prefer men with a great physique. Some like dominant men. Some want a passive partner. The whole range of male physical and emotional features appeal in different ways to different women ? and penis size is just one of those features. Therefore some women like long cocks, some like small cocks, some like thick cocks, and some like small cocks. It is all a question of what each individual woman finds pleasurable and exciting. And above all else, this is probably more about the man than his penis. But to make the point: when women say that penis size is important, they are not condemning men with small cocks to a life of wanking alone. What they are saying is that their partner?s penis size - large or small - is one of a number of factors that influence how much sexual pleasure they enjoy in that relationship. And it is true that to some women penis size is totally unimportant.
But most men do not see penis size in terms of the pleasure it will give a woman. I agree with all who feel that cascas had a good posting in this competition and I would like to see cascas post his articles again in the next competition to prove that he is a person of great humble pride towards achieving greatness and success.
It would be a shame for him to give up on other opportunities, such as future competitions, solely upon the decisions of other people’s choices whether they are right or wrong.
We CAN NOT and WILL NOT turn back the hands of time. However, we can use adversity to create greatness within ourselves.
In other words: The greatness in a man’s character comes-out when adversity allows him to make the right choices.

Im just saying, its not fair that Artist wins twice and others go home empty handed, you say its on the quality of the post, i think my post is excellent quality, re-read it several times to check content, spelling and grammar, and someone else has even commented, without prompting from myself, that i should have won something. My article took ages and is so long and full of information that i had to split it up into 3 posts. But whatever. Carry on.

Yo That's real messed up becuase no on has made more posta than me for the most useful thread competition!!! MY TIPS,TRICKS, AND SUPPLEMENTS has been viewed and used more than any thread on this forum!!! And I did not get anything!!! These guys waited to the last minute to put their entries in while I was posting the whole time!!! You guys need to raise oyur standards because alot of what was said in those posts had been said almost in EVER contest you have!!I entered all the contests, posted like crazy, and you guys didn't even reward all of my efforts.You guys really need to check your decicision making in future contests. im not gonna try to sound better than everyone even though that is all that i read so far. everyone seems to be making the site seem like it is their best friend in the world and they have had no drawbacks. Everyone is encouraging the site toa point where the average member wouldnt. If I dont win competition i honestly wont be any more discouraged then i would be doing the PE excersizes for 10 months and not getting much result, even though i am a reletivley new member. I am a very determined person and when it comes to my penis i will do anything to acheieve some gains. i measure my bpel length at about 6.4 in which isnt too bad but my beginning goal is 7.5 in im hoping that within 3 months i will acheive that but you never know. I have some forums where people going three months havent seen any gains, and i hope im not one of those people. my routine is three days on one day off and then 2 days on one day off. i have noticed that my penis seems to have become a little stronger and larger, but not really noticeable. i am not worried about puttine the time in to get my desired results. when i take a shower at night i do my excersizes and just make it part of my daily routine. i think some people put too much time into it though and i believe that might be a reason that they dont acheive the results that they desire. i think they should only do so much and not over do it. but i am pretty new as a member although i have done the basic excersizes for over a month. i hope that i achieve my goals. if i do not win this competition it will not lower my confidence or enthusiasim to achieve gains. i am a determined person who is willing to do what i have to do to make myself truley happy and have more confidence in myself towards women. i will keep u all posted on what i gain if you are all interested .
