I can't speak for this particular product but I can say that I have experienced similar symptoms when I started using Horny Goat Weed.

All of these supplements are designed to increase blood flow and circulation, this is most evident in the extremeties of the body ie: warmer finger and toe tips and of course larger and warmer flacid hang of the penis. Unfortunately / fortunately, the brain also benefits from this increased blood flow and in some people, headaches can be a side effect of this. Viagra and Cialis are also known to have these side effects. I suggest that if the symptoms are not overpowering, give it some time to see if they diminish or disappear. If so - fine, if not and they get worse, maybe experiment with other brands.
