Hi Guys!!
I just started to do the exercises and this is my customized workout plan
The Wake Up Cloth 3 minutes
The Long Shlong 5 minutes
The Jelq 5 minutes
Pressured Long Shlong 5 minutes
Jelq & Hold 6 minutes
PC Weighted 4 minutes
The Wake Up Cloth 2minutes
also my size isnt very good
BPEL 6 BFL 3.5
EG 4.25 FL 4
so...should i do some extra exercises??...which ones???

The Wake Up Cloth 2minutes
follow your workout plan, but change the minutes to reps @ seconds for the stretches and count the reps for the jelqs. As a Newbie do your Long Schlong as follows 4 reps @ 15 sec. in each of the five directions. There's your 5 minutes. After two weeks increase the time to 20 seconds, and in another two weeks increase the reps to 6. Do the same thing with the Pressured LS. For the jelqs figure 3 sec. per jelq, accordingly do 100 reps. There's your 5 min. Jelq and holds you kind of need to figure out the feel. Normally, one jelq and hold is about 10 seconds. That would be 36 reps. After two weeks start increasing your jelqs by 25 reps per week. When you get to 200 reps stay there for a month, and then increase 25 reps per week until you hit 300 reps. After two weeks increase the jelq and hold by 6 reps per week, when you reasch 60 reps stay there until your sick of the exercise and want to move on to something else.
