I too, have been doing the program for awhile and have seen no gains except in flacid state, im even using prosolution pills. But all I can really say is stick with it, ppl say that it just takes longer for some ppl to see gains, maybe the both of us are that way.
Keep your head up man, and I iwll too

Chuck how long have you been at it with the prosolution pills? I ordered some last week and I'll probably get them soon....I'm wondering when I can really start to see some differance.

Its been about 2 weeks now, i really havent noticed much but im going to measure my penis next week to see if any gains were made, I hope prosolutionpills are as good as the moderaters and others say they are!

Leif, perhaps it's time to step-up your workout. I think you need to either increase the intensity of your exercises or increase their duration.

I have been on the program for 5 weeks now and have still not seen gains in erect state. I am doing the more advanced routines from my free consultation now but am still not seeing any results, i hope to at least see some improvements by the 2 month mark :(

Lief, I agree with Mobydique, try increasing the amount of time for the exercises, but if your pressed for time, increase the intensity, like really work your bud out. Or maybe try some different exercises altogether, too!
Usually by switching around a few exercises or time, is usually what will shock your bud into doing some growing. Sticking to a routine that isn't producing results should tell you that it is time to do something else, but, it shouldn't make you or anyone else from stopping your PE!
And yeah, it takes time to see results, maybe some people just take a little bit longer to see results, but this hopefully shouldn't discourage you.
Be true to your tool!!! Don't give up on the guy yet!

Well could anyone suggest any exercises that are more intense than my usual workout

lief11411: for example, try the beginners workout plan 20-25 minutes. With this routine, after about a month or so, you've got some good basics, this here is about an extra 8-13 minutes longer than your existing routine. This extra time devoted to your exercises should help contribute to your gains, or get you started on your way. Just for reference, here is the program:
the wake up cloth 3 minutes
the long schlong 5 minutes
the jelq 8 minutes
the power stretch 4 minutes
horizontal movement 3 minutes
the wake up cloth 1 minute
Now, this is from the Workout Routine off the home page. It introduces 2 new exercises for you to try out. Check out the video clips for how to do the techniques. If you have a favorite exercise from the previous routine, you could include it, too!
If you don't like this suggestion here then check out other beginnig routines, or if you want, take up the offer of the consultation. It is a free consultation, I believe. Or just take an exercise off the list and insert it into your routine.
But, whatever you do don't get discouraged! We all fall into a rut sometimes, or a plateau, and the best thing to do to get out of it is to introduce new exercises or increase the intensity of your workout. This means increasing the pressure of your working hand while performing the exercises in your routine. Try that, see how it goes.
But you got to try something different, you're probably used to the routine you've been doing so far.
Hope this helps!!! :)

So is the general rule...if you don't see gains after X number of months
then you should increase your workout times and apply more pressure?
I started a week ago and I have five months of the prosolution pills....
when should I get worried? I'm trying to do the 35-40min workout routine at the intermediate level
I haven't seen any problems yet accept very mild bruising on the head...should I be in more pain then just this if I'm doing it right?
thanks

Hi Leaf,
I'm one of those hard gainers as well.
Check out my post regarding workouts for hardgainers.
I posted it in the competition.
best of luck

unregistered: you don't necessarily have to increase duration or pressure if you want. Try inserting different exercises, or rearranging your routine a little. Although you've got to give PE a legitimate chance of more than a week if you just started before questioning it.
I didn't mean to imply that to be THE answer, just one of the answers!
By the way, sign up, it's free...this way we'll get to know you, eh? :)

To all members and non-members posting in this thread and then some:
Your questions, comments, and advice are excellent.
But I would like to include the importance of Warm-ups at the beginning and Warm-ups at the end of each exercise session.
This one simple exercise technique...can make the difference between achieving gains or not.
Keep up the good work guys. (no pun intended)
