if your penis hasn't completely finished growing when you use the device, is that really a problem? you are getting the gains anyway.. i've seen a girl who sucked her thumb until she was eight and one of her thumbs is much bigger than the other, but its not about to fall off.
are there any chances of a problem occuring due to the penis not being fully developed or is this just for legal purposes?
thanks
I would like to know the same thing

Probably not, but you're not supposed to be doing PE (nor are you supposed to be here) if you're under 18.
I'll have to find it sometime, but I saw a chart of testosterone levels in human males, showing the T-levels throughout the course of a lifetime. Everyone seems to believe that you 'peak' - at 18. Far from the truth. In reality, testosterone levels start to rise (in a linear manner, as in, 'evenly' - year after year) starting w/ puberty, and the big plateau doesn't actually occur until between ages 28 and 32. And it is exactly that - a big plateau. It levels off perfectly, and then around the ages of 58 to 62, it starts to decline... in practically the same manner/speed/rate that it climbed.
The 18y/o male, while horny as h3ll because his brain is re-wiring itself, actually has about the same T-levels as a 65-67 y/o man.
Testosterone is what you need. And that peaks around your late 20s or early 30s, and then your good, until you start into your 60s. This "big sexual peak -at 18", is just myth.
And I'm reaching my mid-late 20s. I've been weight lifting since I was in my early teens. I am so much stronger now, and can gain muscle so much more, than when I was in my supposed 'prime'. Why? Testosterone.
Thus, I don't believe I "missed out" all that much, by not doing PE during my teens.
A few pulls/stretches/tugs in every shower wouldn't have hurt, though. *cough* ;)
Plus, if I hadn't orgasmed 3 or 7 times a day, yeah, who knows what might have been different. Ahh, but you're just a kid at that age. Let you body stabilize, and figure itself out... then start 'building' it up. Makes sense to me.

I think most people believe that men peak at 18 is due to the fact that most men get out of shape as they get older. Your physical condition WILL affect your sex life.
I'm 32 and in the best shape of my life- and I've never performed better ;)
