I have a problem. I just signed up for www.penis-health.com a month ago and i have been using their execercises for length and girth. Their exercises produced small results in both categories.

Unfortunately, I can no longer keep my erection really stiff and straight. Let me explain further. I can still keep a relatively decent erection (i have never had any problems getting an erection before this - im 22 years old), but my penis wont stay in place. It just kinda flops downward with little pressure. One of the exercises in penis-health.com tells you to pull on your penis for a while and relax then repeat. Is it possible i pulled the tissue too hard? Maybe the tissue is not as firmly connected to the base as it was before?

I'm really very worried that my erection wont stay upright? Its no good having a firm erection without it staying up on its own . . . Please advise!

you're forgetting to do your PC flexes. You need to do them everytime you exercise they are the most important....

dont worry. i had this same issue for about 2 weeks until i started doing pc flexes and the problem went away in a day or 2..Do pc excercises.

Also remember after your workout your penis will be weaker.
