alright i started my seoncd bottle liek 2 weeks ago or last weeek who knows..anyway.. here is my routine...

Warm up cloth 3 min
Stretchng blood flow..3-5 min
LS heli-maybe 15-20 min...
Dry jelq for 20 min-half hour
wet jelq 15 min..
Power stretch 20 min
about 10 supra slammers..after the supra slammer im sweatinggggg lol intense

is this a good routine?? or shoudl i cahnged it up a bit

i need more girth workouts if anyone has opinions please speak up!

I think thats a good solid workout.Do u warm down?for about a 1 min after that last set?
Are u keeping a log so u know your gains?And have U seen gains yet?And U are taking time off right?Like 2 on 1 off 3 on 1 off

oh yea forgot to mention i do 3 min warm down of course...No im not writing this down i should start doing it this month actually but i have seen small gains But it makes me happy..i do 3 on 1 off
