I understand it is best to just have an intence workout for like 1/2 hour a day. The problem is I usually end up doing exercises and I have no idea why it takes so long but I end up going for over an hour which is too much time. All I do are the basic exercises so what do you guys do to get it done in under a half hour? Also About doing a standard pc flex, how can you do this completely flaccid? Becuz I try and it doesnt feel like im doing anythign when im flaccid but when errect I can actually see my penis jump?
1. warm up
2. Standard PC flex 3 secs each 100 times
3. Long Schlong down right left up straight 20 secs 5 reps
4. Jelqs 150 reps 3 secs each
5. Warm down
