I was just cruisin around here and lookin at some threads and it occured to me.. I wonder if time of the day, or sleep cycle has anything to do with it.

Sort of the same idea that if you do an hour of cardio right when you wake up, you burn 2x as much. I wonder if you should do these excersises right before you go to sleep, or right after you wake up, or sometime in the middle.

Anyways, if someone has any ideas about that. Please feel free to let me know. :)

That is good thinking, I think if you search the forum you may find more about it. I do all my exercises in the shower and I dont pay much attention to the time of day.

People seem to favor the morning because supposedly, testosterone levels are higher in the morning.

The most important concept is get it done. The morning may be better because of testosterone levels, but it doesn't mean squat if you can't consistently get your workout accomplished in the morning. Far more important is to pick a time that you can consistently accomplish your workout. Morning, afternoon, evening who gives a shit, just get it done on a consistent basis. Sometimes I do my routine in the mornings, sometimes in the afternoon, sometimes in the evening, but I usually get it done.
