After 3 weeks doing the PE exercices and 10 days taking the Pro Solution Pills, my fiancee, who doesn't know anything about all these, said that my penis has grown up! I will post my process in a week. It seems that I 've took around 1.5 cm (0.6") in length and a lot in grith. I hope for more gains!
If you have any results, please post them to see our progress!

Are you saying that some of us out here may have to use the pills to help along with the natural stuff

Congratulations, Stemmi!

And yes, that is exactly what we want to hear, it just motivates me and I bet the other members as well to keep on plugging away at the pud. But, here's a tip...don't often rely on measuring every week...stick to maybe once a month instead...anyway, my two bits!

Be true to your tool!!!

Mike01 I am not sure whether the pills have helped me or not. But the general procedure seems to work. Anyway, the pills give me erections more often, which mean that they increase the blood flow in my penis!
Tigerbartlett you are right. I have to be more conservative. I will use the ruler less frequent!! It is more motivative too. I have noticed significant difference in the grith by my grip so the enthusiasm will be greater when I will see the number!

Guys I believe the only measurement you should use during the training is your eyes and your hands. Keep the rulers away, some times it could make you feel depressed. ONe thing I have done is look at myself in the mirror, you feel you are looking at another persons member and so you can really see if there was any difference for the pass weeks
