I have done some experimenting with HGH precursors and have indeed experienced some of the benefits listed. The increased muscle mass, mental clarity and better (deeper) sleep patterns stood out. As a part of my experiment, I began a workout routine at the gym 3x per week, when I started one of the products. After 60 days, the muscle mass was incredible. One of the personal trainers felt the muscle mass gains were equivalent to about 4-5 months of training. But, many of the other listed benefits never seemed to appear. This product, called Over 30, was a powder that was mixed w/water and ingested before bedtime. I come to find out that there were no buffers to help get many of the nutrients past the stomach acid, especially the creatine!?! Thus, the alteration and/or destruction of the nutrients limited the absorption rate. I've come to find out that its not what you eat, but what your cells can absorb that makes a difference!

The next HGH precursor I tried was Somalife gHP, a capsule that was taken 2x per day - 3 caps each time. I honestly did not notice any particular benefits from this product. I must note here that I am in above average health and it usually takes a pretty good product for me to see or feel a difference.

I am now taking colostrum, which is a general immune booster/balancer. This colostrum contains IGF-1, but since it is in a natural food form, the quantities are probably not high enough to produce the listed results. But, from an immune point of view, a natural colostrum is excellent. Note: Do stay away from synthetic colostrum as it has adverse effects upon the intestinal tract.

I would really like to find a product that delivered the whole package. Thus, I would like to be a part of this trial so that I may continue my experimenting with HGH precursors. I am especially interested in the anti-aging aspect of the product as it relates to hormonal balance which I also feel is the key to our youthful vibrant sex life.

According to the calender, I'll be 54 years old in April. But the last time I had my 'biological age' measured about 15 months ago, it indicated 45 years old!

i have been a member of this site for about 4 months now. at the time i joined, i decided i was finally going to do something about my body, not for anyone else, but me. so i joined the program and also got a membership to a gym. i started working out and still am. i weighed 185lbs when i started and have seen some results for all my effort but not as much as id like. i work during the day and take mechanical engineering classes at night. my schedule is extremely busy and i have not been getting very good sleep at night. i dont have as much energy as i used to and it seems to me that my vision in my left eye seems to be a little bit blurry lately.

i was looking into purchasing supplements like these and would love to receive some free ones. with paying for school and everything else, i dont really have very much money for things like this so this would help me out greatly.
